Bought this app like a fool! Had to have some documents faxed from an old lady who couldn’t figure out email. The fax showed as coming in but the app wouldn’t open the fax, wouldn’t save it to my files, wouldn’t do anything! I tried to reach out to the “help support,” and no response from anyone! I then had to drive 2 hours each way to go to her house because she was upset the fax didn’t work. Waste of money!
