I purchased a season pass, and it isn’t showing up in MinnesotaGophers . Great

Agree with prior reviewer. Endless loop when logging into my account and trying to renew my season tickets. Tried reinstalling app and had same issue. Ended up going to browser to login.

MinnesotaGophers doesn’t work to get tickets downloaded predictably. It’s a very poor app.

MinnesotaGophers is trash zero stars. Mobile web works for authentication but app days error due to invalid credentials. It’s pretty simple to authenticate to the same data source. Typical for the U.

MinnesotaGophers is extremely slow, and it signs me out of my account everytime I use it.

With a recent update, I no longer can access/manage my season tickets in the mobile app.

I’m trying to show my loyalty card and it just sends me in an endless loop of nothing. It’s good for schedules and tickets though.

Endless loop at times asking to sign in. Crashes when wanting to renew my season tickets or look at past purchase. 😳. I am guessing with older Gopher boosters this would be a struggle to use and still have to manage accounts in person. Too bad this isn’t any better than previous clunky app…Disappointing!

Listening to events is a severe battery drain and my phone gets noticeably hot. Started a hockey game today with a full charge and it’s now at 15% after 3rd. Have to find a charge or I’ll miss OT.

I only use MinnesotaGophers to view my football season tickets and I have to login every time I open MinnesotaGophers to view them.

I rely on MinnesotaGophers for sharing volleyball and women’s basketball tickets as I have season tickets for both. It worked fine yesterday, but today it starts to open and quits unexpectedly. Could we have a new update to address this please? I updated to iOS 17.7, but that didn’t fix the problem.

Received a notification to update to the new app. Great info on app as usual! Only thing is, I follow football, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and softball (have them flagged under the “Your Sports” section). I used to get notifications of games, games starting, scores, etc. for those teams, but that has stopped. And I do have the new app turned on for notifications in my phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️
