Never have the chance to enter

I’ve deleted SunDevilAthleticsGameDay and reinstalled multiple times as well as restarting my my phone and SunDevilAthleticsGameDay still instantly crashed after opening.

Can't get SunDevilAthleticsGameDay to stay open. It tries but crashes right after the splash screen. I have tickets to games coming up and I can't access anything.

How in 2024 as the sports seasons are back in full swing that this is SunDevilAthleticsGameDay we have to show tickets, and view info. There should not be a week between this update and a hot fix to come out. Kinda dog water.

As others have pointed out, SunDevilAthleticsGameDay flat out doesn’t work. Tried uninstalling and installing multiple times. It will let you “get started” then crashes and any subsequent attempts to launch immediately crashes, rinse and repeat.

I can't even get past the “what sports would you like to get tickets for” page. It just crashes and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Overall SunDevilAthleticsGameDay wasn't designed well as I've seen this being an issue for over a year without it getting fixed.

I have an extra credit game to go to on Friday and I can’t get my ticket because SunDevilAthleticsGameDay keeps crashing every time I open it

I want to go the the first game and this keeps crashing

I want to go to the first home game for ASU, and they put out a tutorial but when I go to open SunDevilAthleticsGameDay , it never opens. I have tried deleting SunDevilAthleticsGameDay and getting it multiple times already, and also just swiping out of SunDevilAthleticsGameDay , nothing works. I even messaged the ASU student ticket hotline help number and they told me to delete SunDevilAthleticsGameDay , download ticket master and none of that helped, and they haven’t responded yet either.

This won’t open on my screen. I’ve tried downloading SunDevilAthleticsGameDay several times.
Does it only work on game day?

When I download SunDevilAthleticsGameDay , it fails to open. Most recent update must have been a breaking change

I was a student at ASU and never had SunDevilAthleticsGameDay work properly. I went to football games and SunDevilAthleticsGameDay would never let me get to the ticket access page. I would have to continuously make an account on two different things to use SunDevilAthleticsGameDay, all for it to not even work. SunDevilAthleticsGameDay needs some updates.

SunDevilAthleticsGameDay is difficult to use, laggy, and garbage overall. Why are there 20 steps to claim FREE student tickets? #1 in Innovation I guess…

Crashes and says you dont have tickets, so gotta use the website anyway. To sell your tickets you have to give Ticketmaster access to your bank account - no way.

Apps has a lot content, but none of it works well. SunDevilAthleticsGameDay makes you create multiple different accounts for different parts of SunDevilAthleticsGameDay . (I.e. you need an ASU account for some things, a game day app account for other stuff, and a ticket master account to get tickets.) SunDevilAthleticsGameDay also spams you with promo ads and has a a hard time doing anything useful. I like the idea of SunDevilAthleticsGameDay , but it needs a lot more work before I would recommend any of my friends to get it.

Always download my tickets to my wallet. The game day app often doesn’t work. Know the website at Ticketmaster to use to access your tix or you may encounter issues. SunDevilAthleticsGameDay is a hot mess. Great when it works but often doesn’t. Haven’t had it not work at game time when I needed the tix… usually download them an hour or so before we get there.

We’re in a new school year now and they’re still showing LAST Year’s basketball schedule. When are you going to update that to this year’s?

Great for checking in-season schedules/scores/news, but where are the notifications? Those don’t go through at all any more, and I’ve double checked SunDevilAthleticsGameDay and phone settings.

App won’t let me reset e-mail password in order to claim student tickets

Tried logging in today and I had to verify thru Ticketmaster, once completed SunDevilAthleticsGameDay has been unusable. Unable to log in or reset password. Worked great until today.

Best gameday app there is for all things Sun Devil Athletics. Makes accessing tickets much easier.
