First off, love the UI and it definitely works as intended. I've had this for a while and have yet to find a bug. But this is not quite my go to app yet. I like a lot of the different aspects of this but need a few things before it will be fully useful. Please allow the ability to "complete" calendar events during the day and have them hide, just like tasks. For me this is huge. I have both my personal and work calendars synced and many times I have duplicated events that are personal but need to block time for on my work calendar. Being able to mark events off both feels good and also allows for me to not see these duplicates when I start my day. Also, please spend some time on the Notes feature. It's pretty basic right now and has a lot of potential. Formatting is one big thing, but also while tags are nice, notebooks would be a great way to keep things organized. Thanks!

This planner app is by far the best one I have found. It is everything you love about the paper planner only digital. I love the different views; days, weeks, months, year. For apple users it is flawless between devices and works perfect on iPad and iPhone. I like that I am able to add my calendar from outlook and see the updates instantly. I share a family calendar with my husband on Outlook and I love how it adds to this app. I would say that the only down for me would be that unlike Outlook, I am unable to categorize my events. Outlook allows you to put each event into a category at the time of creation and I love that as I have a very active life. With the military, college, elementary school kid, and a special needs kid, I definitely rely heavily on the categories I have set. I know I can set each event in this app by color after creation, however its hard for me to keep each color straight by myself. So for now I will continue to use Outlook for creating events.

It feels unfair throwing a tantrum and not giving a 5 star especially considering it deserves it and Planmore is one of the best planners on the store and I rely on it heavily. But they newest update changed the UI and saying I’m not a fan is an understatement. The previous update allowed you to choose a modern layout or the classic design that looks like a tabular planner and I much preferred the modern look because the tabs just looked like such a dated aesthetic for planner apps. The new update went back to the tabular format, though much less dated than the old version. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker considering I’ve tried every single planner on the store (paid, free, and subscription) and this is head and shoulders the best, but I am going to complain the entire time like a child.

Edit: after the developer’s response, I can’t in good conscience not give them a 5 for something that isn’t in their control. I highly recommend Planmore to everyone looking for a planner.

Planmore is amazing. I never review apps. This might be one of my first. Planmore is amazing. The feel of it feels very similar to iOS and it functions great. This feels like a real day planner and using this on my iPad is amazing. I am not totally in love with the view on my phone, but it works. My main use is using it as a day planner on my iPad and for that it works great. The widgets look amazing as well. I am very impressed by this and can’t wait to see what features the devs add next

Two features I would add is first let us use an Apple Pencil to draw in the planner itself to add events and tasks without having in go tap the add task or event button. This would make it feel much more like a planner. Second, it would be cool to add scheduled tasks to the calendar view, especially if you could simply drag and drop them.

I started with AnyPlan which I found after trying many different similar apps. Planmore is simple and easily keeps everything in one place. Super user friendly! The only suggestion I have is I would like the ability to have more flexible alert times. Currently there is only 3 options. To get around this, I create an alert in one my calendars where I have the ability to customize the alert time. This isn’t an issue for me, but I can see how it would be an issue for some as it could mean adding a lot of items to a calendar which could be overwhelming. Those who may have previously used a premium version of AnyPlan, I emailed this app to update my account expecting not to have anything for at least 24 hours, if not longer. I received a response within 10 minutes telling me everything was updated, and it was!

An extremely well endowed Day Planner that will amaze those who give it a chance to “reveal its worth.” The configuration process for getting the Planmore setup up in a way that’s “best for you,” is unexpectedly diverse. So much so, that the setup process is at first a bit daunting. And understanding the versatility embedded into the workings is essential to maximize the benifits. So, if you like your data [Events, Tasks, Agenda, Reminders, Lists, etc.] preserved and delivered in an “at your fingertips way,” Planmore will handle the task with grace and style. And taking the extra time to truly “learn” the “workings” of this marvelous APP, is rewarded by having all of your Planning being there “upfront” to you across your iPhone and/or iPad. And all of your Devices will be AUTO synced [no added cost] without extra effort from you. Planmore is “top drawer” and deserves more praise than I can deliver with this humble review…! JDYS

When apple messed them up with the first app version I had used and they couldn’t do updates to Planmore they redid Planmore new but couldn’t restore my data but promised that with the new app that wouldn’t happen again so I signed up permanently. In February of this year 2022 apple terminated their developer account with no warning and no explanation so the developer recreated Planmore and as promised restored my data. I respect any company/app developer that can overcome unexpected and undeserved adversity and keep their word to their subscribers and will continue to use Planmore as my journal and planner not only for the above reasons but also because I really like Planmore , it’s layout and features more than any of the others that can be so fancy and cutesy which although I am a very feminine lady, I am not artistic but instead am very practical and logical so Planmore fits me to a tee.

I've had so many planner apps that were bad fits for me: too complicated, or making entries was too time consuming or the final page was visually too "busy" and overwhelming. this app is immediately easy to use. Entries are made in seconds and entry fields can be as succinct as you'd like. Entries can also be information packed, if need be. I am such a visual person, so I really love that I can change colors, fonts and sizes in the text, page colors and even add stickers and emojis. The final product is a clean, clear (fun!) picture of my day, week, month or year. I like that I was able to immediately link my phone calendar and everything was promptly and seamlessly carried over. A huge timesaver. As someone currently working FT, going to school FT and caring for an elderly parent. I need help keeping everything organized and Planmore has been a godsend. You won't be sorry. Happy planning!

This is the best-kept secret among planner apps and more people need to know about it! I especially like the interface which mimics the Franklin-Covey planners with tabbed sections. The pages even turn like a paper planner! Here are a couple of things I would like to see in future updates: >More export/print options like the ability to print a range of dates rather than just a single month/week/day. Also the ability to print a range of dates for notes and more than one note per page. This would be nice for those of us who like to keep a hard copy of our planners for archival purposes. >Add a Tab for Contacts that syncs with Google Contacts and when the user enters an event or task that references the name of a contact, automatically hyperlink that name to the contact page so that tapping on the name brings up the contact’s phone number and email address. Thanks for your consideration and for making a great product!

First off, paper planners never worked for me. I could never stick with it. Who wants to carry around a bulky planner anyway. I would always run out of room to write things. Even the fancier ones were difficult to customize. Reoccurring tasks…who wants to write things in a planner a bazillion times?! I liked using the calendar and reminders on my phone much better because I could move things around with ease, and let’s be honest, a paper planner is only helpful if you look at it, so having phone notifications are a godsend. Anyway, it was better, but then I came across the developer’s previous app AnyPlan and fell in love with having everything in one place. I had a simple suggestion to make it better and the developers got right back to me. Unfortunately the AnyPlan app was no longer but they directed me to their new app this app and I downloaded it. Set up looks similar at first, with the addition of the year tab, but the biggest change I noticed is when I clicked on settings. Aside from having to relearn how to do everything, and the pain of transferring all the tasks and notes over, I now like it even better. I love the addition of the sub tasks too. To be honest, transferring everything over really just gave me the opportunity to customize everything even further. Couldn’t be happier.

I started with the full version of AnyPlan. I raved about it so much my mom was curious about it too but we couldn’t find it in Planmore Store. After a quick google search we found it that it had a new and improved version! The cost is affordable and only a one time amount, compared to stores where you have to buy expensive planners yearly. Another thing that I love that I believe is newer is the fact that it now can pull in your iOS reminders, something I use heavily both in work and personal and the ability to see it alongside my calendars now is great. One thing that would be nice, is to see a task list at the bottom of each day when in week view, similar to Outlook, with the ability to drag tasks to the next day if you couldn’t get to them that day. On a plus side, you still get to view your reminders/tasks on the side. Another thing I love about the integration is that it tells you what reminders list it came from, which is super helpful when I have a ton of lists going on. Customer service is great and very responsive too. Can’t wait to play around further with the newer version. Thank you so much for making a great app, my organized self can’t get enough of it!

I have literally downloaded each and every calendar app in Planmore Store. None of them have been what I wanted. I like a very specific type of paper planner and I want those same things in my digital planner. I hate having 2 planners to keep track of. But I never find what I want in the digital so I always go back to my paper. This planner lets you really customize each view. The real winner is the week view for me. I can have it in blocks instead of columns and rows. With the rows it is so messy looking visually that I can not process the information. (Thank you covid brain) every time I open this planner my whole body is just a rush of feel good endorphins. I know. It’s weird. But I am a person who can not function with out my planner. So if you also feel a certain way about your planner…..try it. I ended up buying the lifetime plan I love it so much. It’s a fraction of what some of the others were charging for a year and it has way more options to customize. I am a HUGE fan.

I tried digital planners. Better than paper but still work to keep things updated, moving tasks from day to day or copying events from weekly view to daily view. This is what a planner should be. I started with their older product and was happy, this new incarnation is super. Other similar products are ok for keyboard entry, but this works flawlessly with the Apple Pencil. I can enter events in different views just writing them and see them in all views. I can add tasks either time sensitive or not. I can even make notes show on the day I created them or a future time when I’ll need the information. It works great on both my iPad Pro and my iPad Mini. It even works well on my iPhone when I’m away from both iPads. It would be great to have a Mac version.
There are areas for improvement but the development team seems to take suggestions. I also will note that customer support is excellent. They have responded to issues I had quickly and with the information I needed. If you need to keep on top of a busy life, BUY Planmore.

I have tried a lot of calendars over the years. Most never did what I wanted, some were buggy, most expensive, and many were bloated with customizations. I’ve never been as happy with a calendar app as I’ve been with this one. It’s simple, has just enough customizations to make it functional for me, works flawlessly. I especially like the shading of important dates, the ability to change the color of individual items instead of being saddled with the calendar lists color. The page flip animation is just a cute extra. It takes a bit of getting used to over using a standard full page month calendar, but, once you’ve used it awhile, the tabs down the side (changeable from left side to right side) are actually a big advantage to moving through various views. There’s also a variety of fonts. I totally enjoy this as my only calendar. Highly recommend. I really appreciate the developers quick responses to questions, and their updates actually improve the functionality and usability of the calendar, not pointless like so many others.

Try it, you will like it! The Very Good Thing about Planmore is I have encountered 0 errors so far, no bugs, no random behaviors, which is Amazing and Unusual. I have been through all the schedulers, planners, calendar apps out there, and given up on them when they bugged out or lost something important. This one has a basic set up- task lists and appointment calendar, laid out like those old paper planners social workers and real estate agents used to haul around. The look is familiar, navigating basic functions is pretty intuitive and it took a minimum of fiddling to set up a workable system for me-a few standing lists- shopping, daily chores, routine maintenance, birthdays with lead time reminders for getting cards mailed on time and whatnot, and scheduled medical appointments all get entered without too much fuss, and then show up the way they should. The lists also have subtasks for each task, so this will work as a basic sort of project manager for my “fix up my ratty old house” projects. And room for notes and data storage, again, good for projects. So far, just what I was looking for.

Since the dawn of smart phones I have looked (without success) for a digital planner to replace my paper planner. As year end approached I decided to try once more before buying yet another paper planner. And, I am truly grateful I found this app. This is exactly what I have been trying to replace. I appreciate the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views. I am able to choose the calendars I want to link to this app allowing me to continue to see my husband’s calendar in addition to mine. Being able to customize it such that my tasks show up in my daily calendar and incomplete tasks move to the following day automatically is a huge time saver on data input. I can even choose to have future tasks show if I so desired. Or, have my tasks show in all time frame views. No longer needing to input repetitive tasks and appointments is also a great time saver. Functionality is the biggest reason I like this planner. However, the ability to customize fonts, colors, etc. takes it over the top. I now have a planner that is totally designed for my unique needs and preferred style.

I was a huge fan of AnyPlan (the original version of this app) and was frankly upset when I heard it had been replaced. I had gotten very comfortable with the ease of use, the organized visual display, and the overall functionality of Planmore . But I shouldn’t have worried. The same developers are in control and have taken the best of AnyPlan and incorporated it into a similar but improved this app app.

As much as I have been amazed at Planmore itself, the professionalism and responsiveness of the developers in addressing the transfer of data and upgrade to the paid version of this app from AnyPlan is even more appreciated. When you can get both a fabulous functional app and extremely responsive developers, it’s a win that can’t be beat.

I highly recommend the paid version of this app. I had searched for (and paid for) quite a few others until I landed on this one. I’ve looked no further. I’m not related, do not usually leave reviews and am not coerced into writing this review. I just wish I had found it before wasting my time and money on other planners. This one is top notch!

So I originally had the AnyPlan app but I hadn’t used it in a while. I recently started working for my dad’s company and with the type of work I will be doing, I needed an all-in-one type app to use for my scheduling, tasks, etc. When I went to open my AnyPlan app, I saw a message from the devs about Apple taking it down from Planmore Store, no longer supporting it, but the devs said they had a new app. I promptly got it and they said that if you had paid for the AnyPlan app, they would honor that and provide the upgrade for this new app for free. I am so pleased that they kept their word!! I love using Planmore. My only gripe, if you could call it that, is that I can’t quite use it to the full extent I’d like to for my work. I’m using Opus One for the more work-end of things like the meeting planner and the tasks, roles, goals, missions, etc. But Opus One is missing some functions and fluidity that this app has. If the this app team could have some tools added like that, this would truly be my one and only! Regardless, I will continue to use Planmore and look forward to seeing what the team comes up with for the future of this app!!!!

I have just started using the this app planner after using the original AnyTime planner daily for 17 months. In early spring 2022, AnyPlan support team sent out a notice to its users that Apple had without notice, suddenly and unexpectedly terminated AnyPlan’s development account, thereby making updates to Planmore impossible. Their developers immediately came out with a new, and even better product, the this app personal planner, offering a free upgrade to AnyPlan owners. The design of AnyPlan, and now this app, is clean and simpler to use, and importantly, NOT BUGGY (a huge plus). In my opinion it has a more professional look and feel to it than some other planners that I saw while shopping around, that have a more “cartoonish” (juvenile?) appearance. I have found that AnyPlan/this app has excellent customer support. If you contact them about anything regarding their product, they respond quickly in a friendly, thorough and helpful manner. This planner has been great in helping me to be and stay organized, whether scheduling events, making notes or lists, or setting reminders. It has been perfect for my needs. Hopefully, Apple won’t arbitrarily terminate this app’s development account. It’s a great personal digital planner.

This is JUST like a physical planner except on an app! I’ve been struggling for months looking for an affordable planner that basically looked like a physical planner. I always read reviews and so that’s why I’m writing mine since those reviews truly convinced me to give it a try! It’s only $3/monthly, $14/yr, or $25/lifetime! I did the free trial and right away I knew I was going to purchase! I love how you can customize the layouts to your liking too! It’s not just a “one for all” so that was also a plus! I love using my physical planner but I don’t have it with me 24/7 so when I get asked a question about a date/time I literally have to say I’ll get back to you because I’m not too sure! lol or even when I’m in bed and my mind is everywhere I need to verify a deadline but im also too comfortable to get up! Lol anyway it’s little things like that; that made it very convenient. You can use it as reminders also, which I put the widgets on my iPhone so I can always see what’s coming up.
