They let me spend time creating a receipt. Then, as soon as I was about to make another one, I’m unable to unless I subscribe! I don’t appreciate not knowing the process from the beginning. It would’ve been nice to know what the costs were, and that I would only be allowed to make one receipt for free before I wasted my time.
On the other hand, I do love the way I can customize a receipt and they look nice and professional. I can also email, text message, or print the receipt.
No customer support

Been using close to a year. I got logged out, reset password, logged in, it erased my history. No response from customer support. Off to look for a different app.
