How to fix Outside app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Outside app on iPhone
Update Outside app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Outside iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Outside on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Outside network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Outside Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Outside not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Outside App
1. On android, goto Settings » Outside » click [Force Stop]

Update Outside to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Outside App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Outside » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Outside.

Fix Outside unable to contact server/ Outside internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Outside » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Outside » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
