This is app is awful! I always get kicked out. I never get notifications unless I manually go into Aktivate . It always has a network error. When I try logging in, it sends me the same code every time and I can’t access my child’s team. Very frustrating!

I started an account on my computer using an email address. When you download Aktivate , it wants you to sign in using a phone number. All of my contact info is in my account. Why doesn’t it sync and have the same method of login?
Phone number sign in !???

Come on fix this already! it’s ridiculous that it’s asking for phone number to sign in but doesn’t recognize that it’s linked to an account
Not there yet but a great start!

Great app to sync up student athletes, parents and coaches. It’s a good start to sync everyone up but the coach has to follow up to see if students and parents get invites to the team. I cannot get notifications to work at all so I have to check Aktivate all the time. It’s somewhat intuitive but has no clear user instructions, just gotta figure it out.
Can’t log into app with phone number

I can log into this app via the website, but Aktivate wants you to log in using a phone number, but putting the phone number attached to my account does not work. You should be able to log into Aktivate using the same credentials as the website. That would be greatly appreciated.
Really great app! Really easy to use

I use Aktivate to stay up to date with what is going on with my son’s school soccer team. Before we switched to this app I was tracking messages across text, email and other apps. Now it’s all in here it’s so much easier. Plus it’s pretty easy to use and looks good too!
