I like the simplicity and clean look of this app, but I wished it did more, like recalculate your ovulation/fertile period according to the OPK results. When I put in my pregmate ovulation strip results, both positive and negative, it did not adjust or change the fertile period like other apps. I also wished that they had a feature to go with their ovulation strips like the premom app has, where you can take a photo of your strip and it will calculate the ratio of the test with control line, to help you interpret when you have a positive result, and it helps graph the results and you can compare it with the previous test results in one place. It does have a feature where you can take a photo of your ovulation test, but you have to manually enter then darkness of the line. Unfortunately, I might discontinue my use of this app and use others instead. I am a devoted user of their ovulation and pregnancy strips, as they were successful at helping me get pregnant twice (no living baby, though), but I was disappointed with this app.

I don’t use this app as often as Flo, but I do like it. The appearance is clean and easy to navigate. I like the shop tab if I need more tests. I also really like that it keeps track of your strips (whether it’s a picture you take or just a supplied picture with your result on it). Makes it easy to compare. It did have a different predicted ovulation date than Flo (by two days), but I’m not sure which one is more accurate since I put my ovulation strip results in both. But overall a great app and tracking tool to use!

UPDATE: I’ve been using the strips, and this cycle I ovulated several days later than predicted (6 days), but the app didn’t move my ovulation date. So now it isn’t accurate. The positives are documented, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Flo changed my date as soon as I logged the positive result. So Pregmate strips are good, although I think the app has some improving to do. Because of this leading to inaccurate tracking, I’m changing from 5 to 3 stars.

I go back and forth between this app and another app. I love that this one has the ability to track ovulation with their products (both strips and digital) and allows you to document the tests at different times of the day without altering the entire day. My only complaints and reason I still use my other app is because I haven’t noticed the peak windows or high vs low fertility to change with the results of the ovulation tests meaning it could be incorrect. For example, the other day I had a positive digital test and positive strip, but the app still said low fertility whereas my other changed the entire window to reflect my ovulation tests. The other app also allows me to document more symptoms than this one does. If you’re looking for a simple app to use along with the tests you use, this one is good. Could use a little help.
