How to fix Muze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Muze app on iPhone
Update Muze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Muze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Muze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Muze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Muze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Muze app issues:

Force Stop the Muze App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Muze app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Muze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Muze App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Muze app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Muze.

Fix Muze unable to contact server/ Muze internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Muze » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Muze » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Muze on android.
