I tried paring two different devices with two different iPhones and none of the 4 combinations would connect. I’m not sure why a company would release a product with such a huge bug. Please fix this major issue.

App doesn’t work, which means the product doesn’t work. Took months to come only to not work.

The ability to see and download the data im csv form would easily push this to a 5 star

This device and app are amazing. I can’t believe it gives access to this much data, all of which required a visit to a metabolic lab in the past. And for anyone scared by a couple of old reviews saying they couldn’t pair their device, please don’t be. I initially did something wrong which caused pairing problems, but I reached out to support and they immediately got back to me, reset my connection and explained what I did wrong. No problems whatsoever since.

It took me a couple times to get the placement and straps right but I have to say it’s very comfortable and very durable. I ran in the rain and it worked well. Like seeing the actual calorie count too, even while just working at my computer. Its light weight and you get the hang of it after a few uses.

Product seems amazing. I would like some comparisons to lab tested equipment. CalibreBiometrics works well. I think it needs heart rate and zone calculations so you can compare heart rate to other data on same charts. This could be a big part of many athletes training program.
