I don’t know what’s wrong with KudaBusiness, I have been trying to login for the past 3 days but won’t log me in. Please kindly work on your server

I downloaded KudaBusiness , Tried to sign in with my existing email and it says “seems u have and existing account try signing in with it instead “. And when I try , it says “User Not Found “

So what’s this Issue fix it

The User experience of KudaBusiness is nothing to write home about. What the “?” icon at the top corner doing there if it cannot be clicked. Plus why can’t I signup?? No provision to sign up

Why can’t I sign in my account it’s telling me user not found after I have reset my password why.?

I need someone to chat with

KudaBusiness is cool Tho like the normal Kuda
Y’all need to increase the security of KudaBusiness add Face ID to KudaBusiness and also add the option to hide balance u should also add the option to pay bill etc

I really don’t know what’s wrong with the kuda business they blocked my account and asked me to reset pin but it’s not working despite all my effort. I felt they did it intentionally all to seize my funds

KudaBusiness crashes a lot when you minimize and come back and it tries to update your balance. The amount input keypad also lags a lot when entering the amount.

I know you guys are capable of fixing these issues seeing that the regular kuda app does not have them

I keep checking app store for updates incase i missed one that fixes these problems

This Business account is not supporting hide balance options like, I’ve checked all other reviews like this before all the reply’s are all relating to the normal Kuda app, you guys did not program KudaBusiness to have the hide balance option….it’s not all ok if I try to make transfers in public everyone sees the balance I have, it’s kind of embarrassing

More so, I requested to change my account name from my personal name to my business name it’s is still reflecting my personal name, pls this is making me look so unprofessional.

But you need to make it better showing total amount that enter and send out every month Just like normal kuda app it makes people to know how bussiness move every month

Great app but the issue is I can’t buy data the only option available is just airtime
And my recent transactions are not showing

I feel it is a business account, so we should be allowed to use our brand name,not our personal name

When you try to buy Airtime using Sub-account as source you get error message of insufficient fund. Delay on the input number pad, when you are typing in values. I suggest may be the haptic tap be removed or provide option to switch it off or simply use the system input number pad.
Please this updates are important

KudaBusiness is perfectly okay but we need an option to start hiding balance

Please add a feature to hide account balance

KudaBusiness is working good and I love it, but you guys have to bring an option of hiding balance and also showing recent transactions like normal kuda app

KudaBusiness is perfect for me and I like it a lot the only issue I have and I hate is there is no option to hide your balance and that isn’t cool… please fix it so we can have more privacy
