This application does no good if you can’t get into it. Have had this problem a few times. It wants me to complete my registration, which I have already completed, so it says that my email is already in use. When I call the contact number it never has anyone available. When I email, it sends an we'll get back to you message.

LaunchBack is garbage it logs you out and does not allow you to use save passwords. The majority of the coupons can be found pretty much anywhere and when you try to save them to your favorites, they don’t go into your favorites so then you have to search for the one you want to use againnot to mention the actual fundraiser for it. Schools are getting screwed over by.

I bought coupons to support my local High School. It comes with this terrible app. I bought the same a few years ago, but could not remember my account credentials and could not create a new one because it recalled my phone number and therefore required account recovery. But recovery functionality does not work. It’s one of those deals where you request a recovery text that never comes. And a recovery email that never comes. And there is no way to update the email address associated with your phone number. And then in order to use LaunchBack you have to deposit money into it when you buy from a vendor? As bad as this software is I would never trust it with my money. I am going to have to report this to the High School and let them know they should find another way to do fund raising.

Not sure if LaunchBack or the whole fundraising with discounts promo is the scam or both. But it logged me out, can’t find a way to log in because nothing works. There’s always an error. No phone number to call or email to contact anyone. Cannot access the discounts I paid for. So. Please, do not waste your money and time.

It is really like a credit card rewards app. Bought for a fundraiser and it's going to not be worth the $25 I paid. I would give no stars if I could. What a bait and switch SCAM. It isn't good for a fundraiser because it encourages you to use LaunchBack like a continuing credit card. You scam schools. Misprint the cards making the tag keys a ONE TIME USE. Terrible app lying to PTAs. Avoid this one.

Had to use to support local team. Sign up was godawful. Won’t use OS password manager.(Apple or Samsung) but WORST of all because it’s ALMOST time to renew (several months away) they won’t let me use ANY discounts. So I’m losing a third of the time I was told I had to use the stupid coupons. To even finish registering they require a freaking credit card!! No LaunchBack is far too sketchy.

How’s this for sketchy? As of the time of writing, the AppStore page claims 3.5 stars out of 4 reviews, except if you tap into the reviews to read them, they have WAYYY more than 4. Mostly 1 star too. Weird right?

I will no longer support my local HS sports/activities if they continue to use this garbage.

Ordered a card from my nephews fundraiser. Signup doesn’t work. It’s quick to tell you you made a mistake but once you have everything confirmed, the “create account” button won’t work. App support link is broken. Tried to request link by entering phone number and I get “oops, sorry, something went wrong”. What a waste. If you are asked to purchase for a fundraiser, just donate.

LaunchBack crashes often. There is constant bizarre glitches showing up or other general bugs. Its very clear they paid the lowest amount to make LaunchBack and it feels as though it’s on life support since it’s creation. Upon signup it refuses to take a safe generated password without explaining why it wont work, so it requires a more generic less safe password. This entire app and company is by all means sketchy. I wouldn’t be surprised if I receive a “we’ve been compromised” email in the next few years.

I tried to reset my password since I had forgotten mine. Both email and using text resulted in returning me to LaunchBack with no option to do a reset. Difficult to find a support number or chat.

Shuts down when selecting an address for a business and is not able to link to Maps or Google Maps.

Works fantastic and the improvements they have made over the last year is so amazing. Love LaunchBack and so many discounts.

Ability to save additional money and support schools at the same time

My brothers school used this as a part of a fundraiser for 2 years and I’m loving LaunchBack . Saved some money quickly. Appears to have a lot of updates since last year!

I travel lots, so having an app that has discounts all over the country is great! As well as buying gift cards for my favorite businesses. Overall, great app!

Always has worked great for me. Great deals! Awesome for the schools and community.

App is nice. Leads to lots $$$ back. Used app/company for over 5 years. Over 30K cash bsck. No credit card is as good. CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING!!! Always available to help. That is the difference of any company / app. Things happen. It’s the support that makes the difference.

Been supporting the "all school" fundraiser through my kids for 7 years now. LaunchBack gets easier to use every year. Albeit, there were some growing pains like any company has in the beginning stages, but they continue to have fantastic customer support, user experience, and new additions every time I log in. The overall success we have with this fundraiser is second to none and this is just an added layer to that success.

I really love not having to carry a card or coupon mailer around to access all the discounts as well as the updates they’ve done to LaunchBack this year. You really can’t get any more convenient than opening your phone to see all of the coupons and discounts nearby. I love the update of listing all the discounts available for one business right there. The convenience alone is far worth it and now I don’t have to waste time cutting out little coupons.

Supported my nephew’s team and got some good discounts! Planning on using LaunchBack to get some gift cards around Christmas time!
