I like the 1 time purchase option. Though $300 is ridiculous. Subscriptions are not worth it. Key issue: can’t attach a scanned receipt to an invoice to treat it like a job. It’s basically an unorganized folder within InvoiceFly that you place pictures into. Why would I need that? The phone itself already has a photos app. Other than that it’s a basic invoicing app that many other apps do for free. Other issue is that invoice scanner attempts to read the total but fails every time. It also doesn’t automatically crop the image. And it uploads the file to their servers. Why?

This is the first invoice app I’ve ever invested in and I absolutely love it. I help my dad run his AC&HEATING business and I can’t tell you how much better InvoiceFly has made my job! Thank you!

Everything is easy to navigate correct and so forth. I find those better then other apps and at a perfect price

I use it to run my business I have about 500,000 in gross and 3 employees helps manage all the invoices and when they are due

I have only had it for a day & it is so useful in so many ways. It gets things done more efficiently & effectively. I love it.

My mistake I thought I could do more on InvoiceFly but all you can do is invoice. I need an app that I can quote or estimate then invoice. Also once you get into it your stuck and can’t go back or get out of InvoiceFly ?!

Bugs on various devices, on the phone it works more stable. It is not possible to log in using your Apple account in the web version of InvoiceFly . Data export is not always stable, you can lose data, this is really annoying. Tech support is not responding. In general, the idea is very good, easy to set up and use, I would like support and updates.

Possibly the top, if not the absolute top, available. It fulfills its claims to the fullest extent.

Today I was unable to save and/or send a new invoice as a PDF. I sent a message to support. But I depend on InvoiceFly for my business. If it’s not going to be dependable then I’ll have to go elsewhere
Until this problem I’ve been very happy

Very good and easy to use, makes invoicing very simple and saves different items that I use regularly. All around good app

When you are converting quotes from estimate to invoice, the pictures do not transfer over

Secondly, I am trying to add more estimates and they are not saving in my month sales or month estimate report

InvoiceFly came at a cost. Now I’m constantly bombarded with having to close pop up windows asking to write reviews and follow on Instagram. So this is what you get when you obligate me to write a review.

At the beginning everything was working fine, I was able to see the invoices. However after a week of creating them, when going back to mark some of them paid, the information is not populating and it does not allow me to view past invoices. I did the update and the issue persists.

Ive been enjoying using InvoiceFly. It makes the way to do invoices go to the next level.

I love using InvoiceFly! It's so easy to use and very convenient to use. I have InvoiceFly on my main phone and I also download InvoiceFly on the company cell phone so that my office assistant can also use InvoiceFly to generate invoices and send them to my customers.

I’ve had a bunch of invoice apps and got lost so many times and just dropped trying to figure them out… this one has been super easy and very user friendly

I could not have been more impressed and satisfied with Invoice Fly! Great job my hat goes off to you guys for making an affordable and simple product. My favorite feature is having your pictures with your invoices. Very professional 🤌🏼🤙🏼

I’m not a very “tech savvy” guy… but Invoice Fly has to be the most simple and easy to navigate invoicing app EVER. InvoiceFly makes your invoicing and your business look extremely professional. It keeps track of invoices and notifies you when they become overdue. Hands down, best app for invoicing. Very affordable and extremely professional. 10/10

InvoiceFly really helps me to write invoices on the go efficiently and accurately with a clean look. It’s nice to be able to save time writing estimates and invoices on my phone with a user friendly interface. InvoiceFly can save you time out of the short 24hours in a day.

Highly recommend InvoiceFly, it has been saving me a ridiculous amount of time and very professional templates. Very easy to work with. Great price per year for the amount of work that it simplifies.

I like using it and it works good, but I’ve tried several times to change from monthly billing to annual and it just gives me the option to stay monthly. Tech support seems nonexistent. If those issues were solved I’d give 5 stars because the rest of InvoiceFly works well, but if the billing doesn’t get switched soon I’ll be finding another app.

Makes my life so easy. I’d reconsider this for everyone that’s trying to start a business, or make things easier on the person that’s doing it all.

Does almost everything perfectly. I use this program from an iPad 11 and it has been working great. I’m still getting the hang of things and don’t know how to manipulate everything to my liking but there is lots of support. It’s a perfect level of simple and tech. And their trial prosses made it easy to test before getting. I now use it so much I upgraded to premium. Love it.

I use invoice fly daily to run my pressure washing buisness and it allows me to do so many things so easily, keeping up with expenses and organizing them, being able to crest and change templates for invoices/estimates I change them up use one for estimates and one for invoices highly recommend

InvoiceFly works terrific, however once my free trial was expired, InvoiceFly proceeded to charge my Venmo card $5.99 as I requested. However I’m still unable to use InvoiceFly . It continues to ask for payment . If this can be resolved I highly recommend InvoiceFly

Invoice fly is amazing! it’s everything and more all wrapped up into a tiny button! I will use this service for as long as I run my own business!

Everything in one app, easy to use. Customers can pay there invoice with one click on the invoice. I can email or text.

Ran my first transaction with InvoiceFly that went well. But when it came time for payout it’s been two days InvoiceFly clearly show my money in the top left hand corner but the rep tried to put the issue on Stripe. First they said with new stripe members it takes 7-10 business days to get your money then any payments after that 24 hours.
Well I’m not a new member and I showed previous transactions on top of that no money has been transferred to Stripe as of yet so I guess in that lie they meant to say they hold the money 7-10 days so if you collect two part payments you can not get neither payment until they Invoice fly transfer it to stripe then you have wait for stripe to process the payment what I suggest and what I plan to do is just continue to use stripe and cancel my subscription.

Downloaded InvoiceFly for my wife and her business, was working great had all her accounts set up and was getting paid on time. Then all of a sudden the monthly payment was taken out and our account was closed . We were unable to log back in and lost all of our information . We have to months of billing that we are in able to get now . Really liked InvoiceFly but there is no way to reach out if something like this happens. I've sent message through there app thing but no response back. Could find a help phone number or anything. So again I did love how easy it was to use but don't like the fact that this happened and now we are losing money😢

It saves me time on getting estimates and bills sent out so I don’t take time away from my family love it
