1. Common, it’s 2022 and no support for Apple Wallet? I want to ditch my physical wallet. We have to wait until 2023?
2. I don’t want to create new account for every single app. Give me ability to login/sign-up with Facebook/Google/Apple accounts instead.
3. The UI is too big, I would prefer smaller buttons, text, etc.

verified my email, cannot log into the app. i can log in to the website just fine but the app just doesn’t work? it’s also clunky. no up or down arrows to move fields? lazy. no password management for iphone? lazier. this is day one. did no one test this app at all? like seriously you spent how many millions rolling this out after removing stops and having constantly late buses and this is the garbage we get? lol. i would avoid this until it’s out of its beta phase. because this feels like a beta release

The app has my e-wallet with multiple active credit cards, as well as my physical preloaded orca card. When I try to scan the app it launches apple wallet then pings back and forth between asking me to put the phone closer to the reader, scan my face, or enter my passcode. Your readers are too close to the ground to effectively use Apple Pay, nor should it even be necessary.
Also, why is it logging me out every time I close the app? Since when is that a practical approach for any application? Especially one thats commonly used on the fly. Picture yourself having to sign into an EZ Pass app every time you go through a toll. I’m a pedestrian. My hands are full, and I’m in a rush, trying not to get hit by a car, while trying to follow the instructions on my gps. Why is your app making all of that more difficult when the objective was to make it easier?
