i cannot log onto my afpaas mobile app, for i get a message that says my credentials don't match my records on file. i verified that i did everything correctly with my attempt to login. i can login to afpaas with my cac on my office computer.

How to fix AFPAAS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AFPAAS app on iPhone
Update AFPAAS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AFPAAS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AFPAAS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AFPAAS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AFPAAS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AFPAAS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AFPAAS App
1. On android, goto Settings » AFPAAS » click [Force Stop]

Update AFPAAS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AFPAAS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AFPAAS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AFPAAS.

Fix AFPAAS unable to contact server/ AFPAAS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AFPAAS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AFPAAS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AFPAAS
