Useless if you can’t log in
Used the credentials that I was instructed to use and it won’t let me log in. Tried the “I don’t know my password,” link and when I type in my .mil email it won’t send me anything since it’s not on file. Great idea, but poorly executed it seems. Standard ops.

Absolute Junk
Won’t allow sign in. Tried multiple attempts, using both the main log in screen as well as the “I don’t know my password” function. Apparently doesn’t recognize my DoD ID number.

Forgot my Password Not working
Tried to use reset password option. Did not work with both my DoDID nor email address. I also tried to use my username that is in my CAC enabled AFPASS and still couldn’t get past the main screen.
