During login I enter my username and password. Then I get to the disclosure/notification screen and I hit “accept”. AFPAAS stops. It never gets passed this screen.

Also unable to get past the Accept screen for the user agreement. Literally unusable.

I can’t get past the “accept user agreement” page. It won’t go beyond this page. It is useless.

App does not advance to the next page or save edits after a button is selected.

I can’t get any further than the User Agreement screen. It just keeps popping back to the Accept button.

It would be nice to be able to update your status while not having to be on a government computer. Whenever I login it does not get past the screen to load the actual interface.

Have done all requirements and cannot get passed the agreement page!!

Useless app if you can’t log on. Using correct name and password. Please fix AFPAAS.

You allow face login AFTER you login normally. No way to “remember me” to make login smoother. When I log into the website all of my dependents are there. When I log into AFPAAS , my spouse is not.

Unable to get pass the user agreement. Tried deleting and redownloading and it still won’t work.

I was given instructions on how to sign up using DOD ID and DOBw/last4. Constantly says log in failed check username. Not useful

FOUO accept button just spins and resets, can’t proceed.

Followed direction for login. Did not work. Useless if I cannot log in.

No instructions, typical terrible government design. The event was not even close to me, 900 miles away. Waste of time and tax payer money.

Tried to use reset password option. Did not work with both my DoDID nor email address. I also tried to use my username that is in my CAC enabled AFPASS and still couldn’t get past the main screen.

Won’t allow sign in. Tried multiple attempts, using both the main log in screen as well as the “I don’t know my password” function. Apparently doesn’t recognize my DoD ID number.

Used the credentials that I was instructed to use and it won’t let me log in. Tried the “I don’t know my password,” link and when I type in my .mil email it won’t send me anything since it’s not on file.

Great idea, but poorly executed it seems. Standard ops.

i had to reset my password on my laptop but once i did that, i was able to log on to the mobile app just fine.

You have to use your DoD ID# and the password will be YYYYMMDDXXXX (DOB and last 4). Not sure how they would expect anyone to think of that…🤷‍♂️

AFPAAS straight up works. It helps me log in from my phone and avoid a computer.

I log into the website often to demonstrate to people how to access this app. I logged in the first time on AFPAAS and now have Face ID capability which is much better than the website interface. Ran through all the steps and actually saw the section where you can request help if needed. I never saw that online.

Log in through the website first before trying AFPAAS .
