I spent 20 bucks to get a photo editing about 2 months ago I keep getting a error message I reached out to there support team to see if they can help they said they’re working on it but it’s been over a month and still no luck or help FixThePhotoEditorRetouch does work only to buy tokens go figure horrible app and support thanks for nothing I know for a fact they won’t fix this don’t buy they’re tokens

I downloaded it, bought some credits to remove lens glare from glasses on a photo. At first it didn't update with credits so I tried again then (mea culpa) so now I have way too many credits than I need (I only need 6).

Then, when I tried to submit my photo I got a timeout message. I restarted FixThePhotoEditorRetouch and tried again, and continued to get the message.

At this point I went to the website to log in and try from my browser and realized that I hadn’t even created an account. So I was able to give them money without even creating an account.

So I signed up from the phone app to ensure that the credits came with me. Then when I tried to login on the website I get an invalid email error message. It also didn't send any kind of verification email.

I’m deleting from my phone and will report my experience to Apple.

FixThePhotoEditorRetouch is a complete scam. 90% of the time the pics aren’t ready in the time frame they say it will. If I could give it 0 stars that wouldn’t be enough. It always says your photo will be ready in usually 17 - 20 mins, but then I get a message when the time is up saying your “professional designer” needs 5 more mins. Ok, I can understand that at times they may need a few more mins to finish, but every time I go back to the photo to see if it’s done, it says over and over that they need more time. Here’s a good example: I put in a photo this morning that, as expected, said my photo would be ready somewhere in the 17:00 min range, and I just got the confirmation that it was finally done after 1 HOUR! Why aren’t they just honest and tell their customers that it’s going to take much longer to finish. People pay good money for this service and they RARELY deliver their photos in the time promised. Such a scam! P.S. interesting: I can’t find my review. Do you even put up bad reviews? 😡😖🙄

Used to be a good quick photo editor. But now it takes your money and doesn’t give u credits to edit your photos also you can no longer access your photos once they are edited if you don’t see it and download it right away you just wasted your money. Also when you report a problem you will get no response.

They make it look like FixThePhotoEditorRetouch has tools to change all these things, when in fact it has none of them.

This is another pay-per-image outsourcing app that sends your pic with your change requests to some underpaid designer somewhere in the world who then makes the changes and sends it back to you. 0/10 do not recommend.

I am always bored so I am scrolling through all the body resizer apps to see what funny pics I can make. I thought this one would be good, but like every other body app I have downloaded it kicks me off straight away. I do not recommend at all!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD PLEASE I IS A WASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to remove an object after buying five diamonds to give me access to do so and it still won’t let me remove the object even though the cost of removing the object is only four diamonds. Would not recommend.

I want my money back.

I think FixThePhotoEditorRetouch would be good if it was only a photo editor, the body editor is kinda weird. I wanted to add a mustache and beard and do funny stuff but it was all for money and there are free apps to do that already.

I am updating my review. I tried to purchase tokens on FixThePhotoEditorRetouch and it charged me though the tokens were not availble. I eamiled the developers. At first they wanted to give me credit but I said "no." So then they allowed me to put in a ticket for a refund and I received the refund. In theory, FixThePhotoEditorRetouch seems like a good idea but it seems a bit glitchy. I hope it works but I did not end up trying it but I'm glad I got my refund. I hope they work out the issues.

While FixThePhotoEditorRetouch is good if there’s one thing that I don’t enjoy besides some of the changes for pictures being so expensive is earning credits through ads 16 ads for just one credit (that you can’t even use alone due to the additional processing costs if the changes add up to less than 4) does not feel worth it at all let alone 46-51 total ads to get 3 credits
Also now learning that it adds on 5 more ads you have to watch in order to earn credits for the two options is very ridiculous and feels like a cheap way to get people to spend money on credits

There are a lot of bugs and glitches. Sometimes the edits look totally fake and unreal. They can definitely do better with FixThePhotoEditorRetouch. It’s frustrating because you pay $1-2 dollars for these picture edits and don’t even use half of them because they don’t come out well.

I like the concept and when it works, it’s great. But there are so many glitches. I try to purchase credits and it says it is successful but then doesn’t work. I’ve posted pictures and credits were taken for the pictures to disappear.

Photo is definitely improved but not as stunning as the examples provided in your advertisement. I feel I could have saved myself $36 and gotten the same results if I took the time to sit down and edit the picture myself.

Love the results!!! But I have had problems getting my credits and my photos are taking long to process.

I’ve had my card charged but had to email for my credits. Needs some repairing

I had pretty bad glasses glare on a few pictures and they got it off of most of them! The issue is the wait time is inconsistent. I’ve had pictures back in 5 minutes, and some back in 24 hours or more. Also if they are unable to fix your picture they say they will refund you, but I have never gotten the credits back for that. It’s a good app if you have some basic fixes!

Wow! First time I’ve used FixThePhotoEditorRetouch & it’s so cool. It’s a photoshop expert for the novice & best thing is you don’t have to spend forever trying to figure it out! I’m impressed & pleased w/ the results. My photos just went from a 10 to a 10+! Owwww!

I was hoping to do the retouching myself. I didn’t read much about FixThePhotoEditorRetouch I just downloaded it to see what features it had. Then when I up loaded my photo I realized someone out in the ethos was doing it. They did a decent job. Will definitely be using it again!

One of the biggest concerns with photo editing is losing the natural essence of the original image. However, these guys manage to maintain realism while enhancing the overall look. The edits are subtle but impressive. Especially, it’s about my body editing which always looks great.

I recommend FixThePhotoEditorRetouch greatly. It took a little over an hour to get the picture back but I would do it over and over again plus it’s free you just need to watch a few ads. Thank you for helping me get a picture of my daughter with her dog and got her dad edited out of it. I would 100% recommend FixThePhotoEditorRetouch!!!!

FixThePhoto's retouchers are true artists when it comes to enhancing natural beauty. I was pleasantly surprised by how lifelike the body enhancements were. The results are so believable that it's hard to distinguish between the original and the edited version.
