Hello! I own a TK-1 and am having what I believe is an electrical problem with it. Whenever we turn it on it starts to cycle on then turns off all of a sudden and also pops the circuit breaker! We have tried resetting it, plugging it into other plugs etc and it still will not work. Is there anything else we can try? What can we do to fix it? Thank you so much!
My tk02 will not go to menu stays on the heating water i have tried several times to get help fixing this problem was purchased 4/24 i keep getting messages that you are so busy i have brought two machines from you

The app locks you out of the controls if your phone is on a different network than the coffee maker for safety reasons - understandable. However, it checks this by looking at the SSID (wifi network name) you're connected to, so if you have different wifi network names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz, a different network name for IoT/guest mode/a wifi extender, this app is useless.
There are better foolproof ways to detect if you're close to the machine. This is false safety because nothing stops me from being on the same wifi name in a different country but controlling the machine through VPN.
Reported this to Terra Kaffe and was ignored - be warned your smart coffee maker could be dumb because of this!

No matter what state the machine is actually in, the app says the machine is asleep. Attempting to wake the machine, which is already awake, never succeeds. There’s no way to report bugs without opening a customer support case, so issues like this likely go unnoticed by the developers.

I downloaded the App and when I try and use it to brew or save a new coffee profile it says something went wrong. Does the App need an update? My coffee machine downloaded a firmware update when I got my WiFi programmed in it.
