betJACK is terrible. Half the features don’t load properly. When trying to make a parlay + bet none of the drop downs work via betJACK . You have to use the desktop site from your internet browser where they want to you to download a completely different app just in order for them to verify your location, and then that site functionality is just as trash.

This sportsbook wouldn't let me cash out mid game. i was winning then i ended up losing my parlay because this sports book wouldn't let me cashout. I do not recommend, plus the welcome offer bonus they offer is horrible of they give it to you.

Multiple times I have been unable to place bets because the login does not work. Nothing happens when you try to click on it. Restarting betJACK or my phone don’t help either. Once I close out my current bets, I’m finding another betting site.

I tried this Sportsbook today and was able to get the new user promo. Everything was working good until I tried to make a $10 bet. You have to slide a little circle from one side to another to confirm it. Every time I did it there was an error and it was not deducting money from my balance. I checked my bets and it placed 4 of the same $10 parlay bets. I contacted support to see if I could could the $30 back from the 3 bets I did not place. Briana from support said it could not be refunded or credited back to me. It’s a little upsetting that I didn’t get anything back especially since this was my first time using it. Hopefully they fix betJACK soon because there are a lot of things that would not show up for long periods of time such as the odds next to bets. I would make a parlay in SGP and it would take up to 10 minutes before it showed what the final odds were in the bet slip. So far this is the first time I have run into this with a sportbook.

Cannot log in to betJACK. I have the most up to date IOS and app upgrade and cannot touch the log in buttons on any screen so they register. It was fun while it lasted but if I can’t log in I can’t participate…

After the required fields are filled in and click continue betJACK just turns to a white screen and doesn’t load.

Attempted multiple times with the same issue.

New user promo offer got me to download betJACK . After signing up and logging back in the next day the promo off had disappeared from account. Makes me nervous having money in account with them that they may just void bets or winning as well…

Like the interface in betJACK navigating better then other sports books I have used in the past. Thats the only thing keeping it from 1 star review

1. Make it where people can actually spend $5 not $10 to play a parlay.
2. Please please please…add live score. When someone scores you can actually see their score go up or down.
3 Add Apple Pay as deposit.

Other then that betJACK is making a huge improvement when I was last using it. But that’s the only reason why I left because of the top 3.

I bet on their highlighted “special offers” too much and got limited to max bet now of $0.50 on those special offers. Such a joke of a company to treat a relatively low limit player that way, when I’m literally betting on what you tell me to bet on via your special offers— but apparently those special offers are only for certain people SMH. Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other sports betting apps that treat their players better!

I haven’t done a lot of live betting on betJACK , but the odds and variety of bet selections appear to work like the real thing. My only complaints are purely personal preference: 1. It’s 2022, who doesn’t have a “dark” mode? 2. I can’t stand the font they use

betJACK is well designed and functions much like other sportsbooks apps. The only thing is sometimes you can’t see the listed player for MLB props, like strikeout overs. The text doesn’t fit on the screen. If this gets changed, then this is a 5 star app. Looking forward to it becoming real!

I was only mildly familiar with sports betting prior to downloading betJACK but it has opened my eyes to the depth of sports available. Plus the locker room, the information is outstanding and predominately betting on baseball is no surprise here!

Ohio has been waiting patiently (some impatiently) for sports betting to be legalized and it seems this group has been doing the work behind the scenes to be ready. Can’t wait for this to be the real thing. 💰

I think I need to make more improvements handicapping than betJACK needs. I use multiple sportsbooks but will likely start off New Year’s Day with the most in this account because of the betting options and pricing.

There were a lot of issues when betJACK first came out, but the developers and the staff have been working hard and communicating well to improve it. They have had numerous improvements since it launched. They now have good new player promos, they have great boosts, you can deposit at the cage. Hopefully, they can get PayPal deposits in the future.

Sportsbook always gets packed for the UFC fights so instead of wasting time in line to cash my winnings, I just bet on their app. Instant withdrawals are a plus.

I am a fan of the JACK casino downtown and love how they were able to tie their rewards program into sports betting! Not only does betJACK rock the actual sportsbook is nicer than Vegas!

The customer service is a great help and responded to my needs very quickly. Knowing that this app is Ohio made I won't go anywhere else.

As an avid bettor, I am in tune with lines across multiple sportsbooks. Aside from being easy to use, having a great user interface and having specials geared toward the consumer, the alternate game lines are some of the best I’ve found anywhere. It makes for a fully customizable betting experience and allows me to make what I feel are the most informed decisions I can before I wager.
