Issues with creating an account
After the required fields are filled in and click continue the app just turns to a white screen and doesn’t load. Attempted multiple times with the same issue.

App is glitchy
I tried this Sportsbook today and was able to get the new user promo. Everything was working good until I tried to make a $10 bet. You have to slide a little circle from one side to another to confirm it. Every time I did it there was an error and it was not deducting money from my balance. I checked my bets and it placed 4 of the same $10 parlay bets. I contacted support to see if I could could the $30 back from the 3 bets I did not place. Briana from support said it could not be refunded or credited back to me. It’s a little upsetting that I didn’t get anything back especially since this was my first time using it. Hopefully they fix the app soon because there are a lot of things that would not show up for long periods of time such as the odds next to bets. I would make a parlay in SGP and it would take up to 10 minutes before it showed what the final odds were in the bet slip. So far this is the first time I have run into this with a sportbook.

Needs work
The app is terrible. Half the features don’t load properly. When trying to make a parlay + bet none of the drop downs work via the app. You have to use the desktop site from your internet browser where they want to you to download a completely different app just in order for them to verify your location, and then that site functionality is just as trash.
