Unexpectedly cumbersome design from such a renowned university. Usually felt like I was tapping links in circles, with absolutely no clarification to distinguish pages or purpose. Additionally, what a horrible portal to use to access football tickets. The “My Tickets” tab is no longer existent, and to top it off there is no clear input place to log in/out of university accounts. All around a horribly-designed app that I imagine was rushed and implemented well before sufficient testing. I hope to see better from the University in the future.

Every time I open OhioStateBuckeyes it says loading and then tells me I need an internet connection to use OhioStateBuckeyes for the first time... but I am connected to wifi and every other app on my phone is working just fine. Even tried deleting and redone loading OhioStateBuckeyes or shutting off my phone but all attempts were rendered useless. Seems to be a fairly common issue that someone needs to fix before football kicks off and we don’t have access to our tickets!!

Between Ticketmaster and this all to take my children to a game- I’m done from here out. My goal was to give large institutions significant amounts of money and it could not have been a more frustrating and time consuming experience. I’m a younger guy who is very familiar with apps, devices and computers. There isn’t a universe where my dad would have seen all this through. I’ll be watching all games from home now. Unreal.

Each game day I had to log out and then back in to refresh OhioStateBuckeyes so I could access my tickets. ( it showed them but when I tried to access it would just spin)
Today, OhioStateBuckeyes has no way to log out to refresh the tickets.
So I had to delete OhioStateBuckeyes , re install. Then it forced me to login( good). Then I could access my tickets.

Give me the ability to logout and fix this terrible app.

If you tie my ticket access to an app then you ought to make sure that OhioStateBuckeyes works. It doesn’t. And so I have trouble accessing my tickets to the point that I need my laptop to do it. Worthless. Typical arrogant OSU process where you adopt an application or workflow that creates problems that you then expect others to figure out. Before you went paperless you should have taken the time to trouble shoot OhioStateBuckeyes .

As others say they’ve broken the link to Ticketmaster for managing your tickets. Error message “ There was an unexpected error while processing your request. To continue, please try again.“. So no ability to get digital tickets which they say to use to attend games. This needs fixed immediately whoever handles the mobile app. Season ticket holders are not happy.

App is full of bugs. Nothing seems to display correctly. Got a notice to watch something live and clicked to go there. The page in OhioStateBuckeyes had only half the video player displayed and made it impossible to hit the play button.

I honestly don’t know why OhioStateBuckeyes exists when it is so badly designed and coded.

Having the same problem as everyone else that has written a recent review: OhioStateBuckeyes will not allow you to scroll down and sign in to manage tickets. Hopefully it is fixed and updated by the first game.
After repeated complaints nothing has been adjusted. Anyone with a smaller screen iPhone cannot log into OhioStateBuckeyes to use their tickets.

I keep seeing that there are “minor” bug fixes for OhioStateBuckeyes. Even after I have deleted OhioStateBuckeyes and reinstalled it numerous times, I still can’t scroll down to enter my log on information. That means I can’t access my tickets. This is insane! There are going to be about 100,00 very angry people on September 11. How about pausing on the “minor” bug fixes and start by fixing the MAJOR bugs?

Does what I need it to do. Information about games or events is super easy to look up. No problems at all.

Several of OhioStateBuckeyes tabs do not scroll to show all options on the page such as profile. The Manage My Account tap will not let you tap the option to log in to your OSU ticket account on iPhone 8. So you can not access your mobile tickets, transfer tickets to a friend or sell tickets on Ticket Exchange. However it works on my iPad.

Go to every home game with my dad and when they said you could order concessions on OhioStateBuckeyes I got it immediately. It was definitely not worth it as you can’t actually order with OhioStateBuckeyes , you go through the whole process of imputing your information for it to just endlessly beach ball on the last step. Don’t advertise something that doesn’t work.

I cannot see my season tickets beyond the PSU game even though we bought season tickets.
Though they advertise mobile concessions ordering, it’s not available on OhioStateBuckeyes . Even more egregious since Buckeye Club members are offered a discount for online food ordering at this week’s PSU game.
I can see my PSU tickets but cannot add them to my Apple wallet.
OhioStateBuckeyes is a complete disaster!

A great way to manage all of the tickets for all sports, but sometimes I get an error when I try to manage tickets. Deleting OhioStateBuckeyes and reloading fixes it, but it’s a pain.

Can’t log into Manage My Tickets due to overlapping text. Can’t complete My Profile because you can’t scroll down to fill in data. Was told to use Safari and use website. That doesn’t work either with IPhone SE 2019 due to scrolling issues. Must fix before Oregon game so we can access online tickets.

app is full of bugs…things partially open or don’t open at all…manage my tickets if it open is blank or when it does open the tickets do not always display…the answer is always delete OhioStateBuckeyes and reinstall which is unacceptable! i would give negative stars if i could.

OhioStateBuckeyes isn’t formatted correctly for any of the non largest iPhones. You’re unable to manage tickets due to the overlay that you can’t scroll past. Zero compatibility with other than latest gen phone.

With everything going digital ticketing it just makes the process a pain.

Can’t even sign in. Text overlay to the max and I don’t have zoom function enabled on my phone. Ticket holders must be fuming. They have to go through all of this in the name of OSU combatting ticket counterfeiting. Which is fine if their app actually worked well. From the looks of all the reviews…. It does not.

I cannot enter my profile easily… the keypad on my 2019 iPhoneSE is in the way. When I go to manage tickets, there is an overlapping box that won’t move or let me see anything. This is a very poor reflection on The Ohio State University’s image. OhioStateBuckeyes has remained lousy for several weeks… why isn’t it being fixed???

I have an iPhone SE, and your latest update to your app still doesn’t allow me to manage my tickets. Clicking on the “Manage Tickets” link takes me to a page where text is bunched together and you cannot click on a link.

OhioStateBuckeyes would get 5 stars if only it didn’t have constant updates, which if you don’t update, OhioStateBuckeyes is rendered useless.

Everything you need for Ohio state under one roof and love that you can stream local columbus radio when I can’t get a game on tv!

OhioStateBuckeyes wowed me in first impressions but the only thing is if you could get the rankings for teams in OhioStateBuckeyes that would be great

Clearly they don’t teach UI development at OSU. OhioStateBuckeyes is hard to use and poorly designed. For instance, when looking at teams you have to scroll through the player numbers starting at 1. Who thought that was a good idea?!?! That is one issue of several. You should have hired me...

You guys should do a Ohio State Buckeyes Football app, a Ohio State Buckeyes Basketball app, and a Ohio State Buckeyes Hockey app

No matter what you do you cannot log into your account. It either says it your account doesn’t exist or connect to the internet and try again

I cannot access my online football tickets, terrible sign in feature that does not work

I downloaded OhioStateBuckeyes to get to my tickets and it wont load, saying im not connected to the internet, even though I am.

OhioStateBuckeyes loads to 311 bites and then fails connection and now I can’t get my tickets at all!!!!!!!! Fix this please by Saturday!!!!!!

Please fix the log in bug

Ohio State is awful at app development. Can’t sign into Ticketmaster and numerous other bugs that lead to a bad app.

Huge step backwards. Does not work at all with my IPad.

Just downloaded app and will not even allow access to Getting Started!
