Worst customer service i’ve ever experience, the live chat is never available, you always have to create a ticket and they usually take more than 48 hours to respond. Also I have a pending withdrawal for more than 4 days when they claim paypal payout takes 24 hours to process. Created a ticket, they responded after 3 days, now it has been more than 24 hours waiting for the next respond! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPORTBOOK IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BETTING. One of the worst Sportsbook apps I’ve used and I’ve used them all. FanDuel, DraftKings, MGM, and most other deposit your winnings almost instantly. Betway likes to do things a different way…. They will put your winnings under a vague, arbitrary, and LONG review process for…. Reasons I guess? I’m not sure, there is certainly no waiting period when you lose and it’s time to take your money however. Take my advice and bet elsewhere

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Their first bet promotion is advertised as win your first bet and get $150 in bonus bets. What they neglect to mention is that the odds must be -150 or greater. Bets also take forever to go through or just won’t at all, and odds may have already changed like they did to me automatically disqualifying me from the bonus. Absolutely garbage app they scam you with the promotion and withdrawing is incredibly difficult. DO NOT USE!

Worst betting app in Pennsylvania and it’s not even close. Opted in to 1st time user promotion and never received the 150$ . When I go to withdraw I can’t withdraw to my Wells Fargo. Mind you same bank that they allowed me to deposit with. So I counted my 25$ as lost and placed a bet with it . I hit my bet and now I have to create a Venmo account. Deposit money from that Venmo account in order to withdraw my winnings. And to add insult to injury I still haven’t received my winnings on my Venmo !!! If scam likely was a app it would be Betway !

First of all, whenever you contact their support on the phone it tells you they’re busy and hangs up on you…. All day every single day. Live chat never actually hooks u up with an agent so it’s quite literally impossible to ever contact anyone at BetwayOnlineCasino. Which matters when they randomly change the odds of bets AFTER I’ve placed them, they haven’t give me the promotion I qualified and placed a bet for, and they refuse to give me money I withdraw from my account… it’s blatant theft

Signed up for the Sportsbook welcome bonus, followed all rules of the promotion just to never receive my bonus. I’d avoid this book at all costs, sketchy promotions, poor odds on games (you can get better odds almost anywhere else), and slow payout times. Never had any issue with welcome bonuses with any other apps. Avoid this one at all costs there are many better alternatives that run promos and will actually intend on giving you the bonuses you earn.

Just like everyone else, they sent an email to all 4 of us stating we need to be “verified” and send our bank statements and ID, along with other documents. We sent over the documents and a few days later they said we could not be verified and shut all of our accounts down. ALL 4 OF US. This Sportsbook is currently holding 190$ of my hard earned money from me. They did the same thing to my girlfriend. Me and her address was not a problem until we both attempted to withdraw money we won. I keep sending them pictures of mail and my license they won’t let me withdraw my money and it’s not even in the Sportsbook app either. Very slow choppy app as well, very limited options. I played on this site awhile ago and didn’t have a lot of success. I reopened my account and in $25, I was up$500. Withdrawal in for review quickly, still awaiting for it to be fully processed. Will update if it takes longer then the 24hrs that it is estimated to be in my account. Update: I at first gave 4 stars, but since my attempt to withdrawal, I was asked to prove my PayPal account was mine (no issue depositing from it though🤔). I provided appropriate documents and nothing!! I contacted support to see if documents were accepted, crickets. Unacceptable! I will reclose my account after withdrawal finally hits my account. So disappointing, thought they changed because of the now good rating, guess not!

The deposit $50 get $200 in bonus bets is highly misleading. The $50 must be bet on a game and won, or else no bonus bets. They will take your money instantly but will limit how and when you take it out. I instantly wanted my money out and now have to wait for them to venmo it back to me. Super lame app. Would not recommend.

BetwayOnlineCasino is glitchy and logs you out in the middle of the games. This is rigged and cheating. My bets would show as no events and cant see any of my wager. This is a complete scam. I have spoken to multiple agents regarding a refund. I had a wager that was interrupted that stayed for the whole day which should of been voided but they didn’t refund me. The scores are so glitchy and never up to date. Scores goes up and down which isn’t right. I feel completely cheated on and want a full refund. Games just disappears randomly even thought the game isn’t even over yet and scores are never correct. Scores only updates when I place a wager forcing you to lose. I don’t think a sportsbook could get worse than this. 85% of the time, the odds or scores displayed are incorrect and have a crazy delay when you try to place a bet. Sometimes BetwayOnlineCasino just straight up won’t work. I tried placing bets for 20 minutes. Tried exiting BetwayOnlineCasino . Redownloading. Nothing worked. It literally wouldn’t place bets. When I attempted to reach out to contact them for help, joke was on me. There IS NO SUPPORT OR HELP OPTIONS!! The only option was a “betway coach” in BetwayOnlineCasino that responded with “sorry I couldn’t find a good answer to your question”. This is the worst betting app I’ve ever encountered. Not user friendly at all. The main issue is when you put money in your account with a debit/credit card, you can even withdraw through that method. They want you to keep playing. I had to download a 3rd party bank to wait 3 days for it to get there. Now I’ve withdrawn from the 3rd party and it will take 7 business days to even transfer!!! They charge you $5 fee too. I would give them zero stars if I could. I saw there add about $200 in bonus bets when you make a $50 bet. Well I joined while at my brothers. My brother and nephew joined after me. Well they wouldn’t give me my bonus bets. Because they said we were all at the same location when we joined. Even though we have 3 different SSN numbers. I don’t even live there! My brother was the only one to get the bonus bets. He was the only one of the 3 of us that lost there initial bet. I got them 4 new accounts. All 4 of us will be canceling our accounts and deleting BetwayOnlineCasino . Will gladly switch back to DraftKings! Betway you just lost a lot of money!

Honestly, the title isn’t going overboard.

The registration and account/debit deposit setup should be simple. This one isn’t. I’ve already seen the reviews and tend to agree with most. BetwayOnlineCasino needs some huge work. Too many good promotions and sports betting apps that work properly.

I am an avid sports gambler. I have 13 different books for my mobile phone. This is the absolute WORST app out of all of them, specifically for the difficulty of withdrawing money. BetwayOnlineCasino should be embarrassed and disgraced to think they compete with others. No ACH withdrawal. PayPal withdrawal makes you deposit first, yet does not actually give you the option to deposit once you log in to PayPal - so then you can’t withdraw because you can only withdraw via a way you’ve deposited. Absolutely pitiful.

When I first downloaded BetwayOnlineCasino I was able to deposit (of course. Deposits never seem to be the issue..) made a bet and closed out BetwayOnlineCasino . Went to get back on and make a few extra bets but now I’m only getting an error page. I tried deleting app and downloading again and even tried using the web browser to log in. Only to get the same error page…. Not sure if it was just a scam to get my deposit or what. It’s baseball season and I’d like to be able to make some bets…. Their IT is poor: my NFL side bet was left ungraded after the game. It took them three notifications over the next week to fix that. That was annoying. But what is worse is their cheating on in-game bets. If you make an in-game bet, if the price changes during the approval process, they just give you their new price. No opportunity for you to see if you want the bet at the new price, which is the process of every other sportsbook. Of course, their change in price is always worse than the original price, not better.

I used Betway for a few weeks with no issues. Took longer than you’d like for withdrawals but that was not the problem. I ran into an issue where I placed a large wager and the game closed down immediately. When I came back all the money was gone and the wager disappeared. The support staff did absolutely nothing and there has been no help. Guess they are comfortable just taking 100s of dollars from people. Be smart use draft kings, fanduel or any of the large companies.

I’ve lost thousands and thousands of dollars on BetwayOnlineCasino, all without a single bonus. I tried to prevent myself by utilizing the deposit limits in the responsible gambling tab but it doesn’t work on the mobile app. If I would have had access to set limits I maybe would have prevented my recent losses. This isn’t compliant with PAGB. And it frustrates me that I can’t set deposit limits on the mobile app, just sits and spins, never loads the responsible gaming tab.

Small selection of games compared to other apps and insanely slow game play…the length of time it takes for a spin to complete is ridiculous. Additionally, BetwayOnlineCasino will randomly crash while playing and prompt an error message and then boot you out of the game. Gave it try but will likely just max out the cool off period so I’m not tempted to give it another try :)

They have no problem allowing you deposit via debt/credit card… BUT withdrawling boy is that fun time.

From my experience: Betmgm/fanduel/barstool etc.. withdrawals are immediate - no matter what the given time frame is. BetWay is not!

I was told to make a deposit via venmo then i’d be able to withdrawal (since you know you’re not able to by debit card!😂) anyway nope venmo didn’t work, kept getting error. I then took a shot with paypal… NOPE!
After making a skrill account and hours later i was able to issue a withdrawal thru skrill. so yea now i’ll assume i’ll be waiting days just for it to say not pending.
So in conclusion don’t fall for their weak bonus like i did. And definitely don’t deposit a single dollar into this site unless you enjoy headaches.
