It’s a great betting app. Navigating to find a particular bet is fairly quick and easy. Interface is not cluttered, which is good.

App works well and promos like free bets and Cavs tickets are pretty good.

When I first downloaded BetwaySportsbookCasino I was able to deposit (of course. Deposits never seem to be the issue..) made a bet and closed out BetwaySportsbookCasino . Went to get back on and make a few extra bets but now I’m only getting an error page. I tried deleting app and downloading again and even tried using the web browser to log in. Only to get the same error page…. Not sure if it was just a scam to get my deposit or what. It’s baseball season and I’d like to be able to make some bets…. So far I do not recommend BetwaySportsbookCasino at all.

I am an avid sports gambler. I have 13 different books for my mobile phone. This is the absolute WORST app out of all of them, specifically for the difficulty of withdrawing money. BetwaySportsbookCasino should be embarrassed and disgraced to think they compete with others. No ACH withdrawal. PayPal withdrawal makes you deposit first, yet does not actually give you the option to deposit once you log in to PayPal - so then you can’t withdraw because you can only withdraw via a way you’ve deposited. Absolutely pitiful.

Good app, decent interface. They don’t have player props at the moment but say they will be bringing them back. They have good lines for soccer sometimes. Okay for basic betting.

I win some money from bet and try to withdraw but there is no option to withdraw to my bank card,only they have option of other card,some like veno,PayPal ,.so if I haven’t that card how can I withdraw my bet money so I left that money…….🥲

I did a 25 dollar mlb sgp to get a 10 dollar bonus bet but when I brought it up to customer service it was gone and my bet id didn’t work I am deleting BetwaySportsbookCasino not worth the hassle of fake and difficult apps when there are plenty more to use.

Honestly, the title isn’t going overboard.

The registration and account/debit deposit setup should be simple. This one isn’t. I’ve already seen the reviews and tend to agree with most. BetwaySportsbookCasino needs some huge work. Too many good promotions and sports betting apps that work properly.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I saw there add about $200 in bonus bets when you make a $50 bet. Well I joined while at my brothers. My brother and nephew joined after me. Well they wouldn’t give me my bonus bets. Because they said we were all at the same location when we joined. Even though we have 3 different SSN numbers. I don’t even live there! My brother was the only one to get the bonus bets. He was the only one of the 3 of us that lost there initial bet. I got them 4 new accounts. All 4 of us will be canceling our accounts and deleting BetwaySportsbookCasino . Will gladly switch back to DraftKings! Betway you just lost a lot of money!

Between all the Sportsbook apps this one is by far the worst. My brother and I did the promo $50 deposit to get $200 in free bets, we have yet to receive those and our bets have been settled for a week now.

This is the worst betting app I’ve ever encountered. Not user friendly at all. The main issue is when you put money in your account with a debit/credit card, you can even withdraw through that method. They want you to keep playing. I had to download a 3rd party bank to wait 3 days for it to get there. Now I’ve withdrawn from the 3rd party and it will take 7 business days to even transfer!!! They charge you $5 fee too. This is a total scam and stay far away from this con. Not worth your time or effort. Very frustrated and will never use BetwaySportsbookCasino again.

Their IT is poor: my NFL side bet was left ungraded after the game. It took them three notifications over the next week to fix that. That was annoying. But what is worse is their cheating on in-game bets. If you make an in-game bet, if the price changes during the approval process, they just give you their new price. No opportunity for you to see if you want the bet at the new price, which is the process of every other sportsbook. Of course, their change in price is always worse than the original price, not better.

Consistent road blocks in withdrawing and I still haven’t got my 110 that is supposed to go to Skrill ( which is even more scammy to me that you have to use a 3rd party bank ( no problem takeing money out the debit card but lord above forbid you want to withdraw useing your card also ) anyways just save your money it will be gone if you use BetwaySportsbookCasino

I won a 10 leg parlay that winning amount was a little more than $5,000 dollars yesterday (12/23/23) but my balance never updated for the win and it (12/24/23) and no one can answer my questions because no one answers the phone or it take 48hrs to respond to a email. I understand that it’s the holidays but FanDuel, BetMGM, and DraftKings update right away and has 24/7 customers service chat team

The withdrawal doesn’t work. It just simply does not work. Whatever method I try it gives me some excuse or error message. Will be reporting to whatever gaming commission will listen. Many people have also had this issue as evidence of the other reviews. DO NOT USE BetwaySportsbookCasino.

Really wish I could give this less than 1 star. Worst interface, worst promo, worst deposit and withdraw, worst help support. Anything that works well for a betting app like fanduel or draftkings, betway does not have. Do not fall for that sign up promo. This company needs to be shut down and investigated.

Fair casino games on returns compared to other apps in NJ

Small selection of games compared to other apps and insanely slow game play…the length of time it takes for a spin to complete is ridiculous. Additionally, BetwaySportsbookCasino will randomly crash while playing and prompt an error message and then boot you out of the game. Gave it try but will likely just max out the cool off period so I’m not tempted to give it another try :)

They never give you a real chance to win a sports bet. Just want to sucker you into losing. I don't think I have ever won one of their boosts. How do you expect to retain customers like that? I'll just go back to Draftkings since they actually let me pick my own boosts now and then.

When a bookie cannot pay you immediately like the legit books can, you know they’re having cashflow problems. The big name books can pay you in seconds, but these guys take days. Think about that before giving them your money.

Stay away from BetwaySportsbookCasino/website. It’s difficult to withdraw. You have to download another app for geo-location so it takes forever to log in. My final straw was their system changing a bet of mine after it settled. You can’t see your history of bets aside from the amounts.

Since they deleted my first review. Don't bother using them. Everything is terrible from lines to support. They refused to pay out a bet that hit and the justification was “the line can change.” The line can change after a bet was placed?!? That would be a totally different bet altogether.

They will let you deposit, once you win a bet they won’t give you your bonus bets as they have extra stipulations that are not listed right away. Than once you go to withdraw your money they won’t let you withdraw. Worst betting app out there. Absolute trash don’t waste your time.

They still haven’t given me the $200 bonus bet despite me meeting all the requirements of the promotion. In addition, they have the most predatory withdraw practices in forcing you to jump through hoops to get your money out of BetwaySportsbookCasino . This is a huge scam I have fallen for deposit after deposit Venmo skill and like I’ve read late from everyone else it’s bam bam they take your money like nothing but to get your winning you’ll never see them no where to call or how to reach them I am still waiting on $434 and 76$ have created different account for withdrawal and still nothing

Do not waste your money on this RIGGED app! The fix is obviously in. I closed my account within the first 2 hours of signing up. You can’t hit anything on here they have it RIGGED up so tight. If I could give zero star I would. I have played on several books online for Ohio and DraftKings, bet365, and ESPNBet takes about 30 seconds to one minute for a withdrawal to hit my PayPal account. The deposit $50 get $200 in bonus bets is highly misleading. The $50 must be bet on a game and won, or else no bonus bets. They will take your money instantly but will limit how and when you take it out. I instantly wanted my money out and now have to wait for them to venmo it back to me. Super lame app. Would not recommend.

I played on this site awhile ago and didn’t have a lot of success. I reopened my account and in $25, I was up$500. Withdrawal in for review quickly, still awaiting for it to be fully processed. Will update if it takes longer then the 24hrs that it is estimated to be in my account. Update: I at first gave 4 stars, but since my attempt to withdrawal, I was asked to prove my PayPal account was mine (no issue depositing from it though🤔). I provided appropriate documents and nothing!! I contacted support to see if documents were accepted, crickets. Unacceptable! I will reclose my account after withdrawal finally hits my account. So disappointing, thought they changed because of the now good rating, guess not!

I was told to make a deposit via venmo then i’d be able to withdrawal (since you know you’re not able to by debit card!😂) anyway nope venmo didn’t work, kept getting error. I then took a shot with paypal… NOPE!
After making a skrill account and hours later i was able to issue a withdrawal thru skrill. so yea now i’ll assume i’ll be waiting days just for it to say not pending.
So in conclusion don’t fall for their weak bonus like i did. And definitely don’t deposit a single dollar into this site unless you enjoy headaches.

I was supposed to get $150 bonus bets from winning a $25 bet… after 36 hours I didn’t get anything so I emailed customer service and they told me I share an account with someone or same ip address????? Signed up for the Sportsbook welcome bonus, followed all rules of the promotion just to never receive my bonus. I’d avoid this book at all costs, sketchy promotions, poor odds on games (you can get better odds almost anywhere else), and slow payout times. Never had any issue with welcome bonuses with any other apps. Avoid this one at all costs there are many better alternatives that run promos and will actually intend on giving you the bonuses you earn.

First of all, whenever you contact their support on the phone it tells you they’re busy and hangs up on you…. All day every single day. Worst betting app in Pennsylvania and it’s not even close. Opted in to 1st time user promotion and never received the 150$ . When I go to withdraw I can’t withdraw to my Wells Fargo. Mind you same bank that they allowed me to deposit with. So I counted my 25$ as lost and placed a bet with it . I hit my bet and now I have to create a Venmo account. Deposit money from that Venmo account in order to withdraw my winnings. And to add insult to injury I still haven’t received my winnings on my Venmo !!! If scam likely was a app it would be Betway !

One of the worst Sportsbook apps I’ve used and I’ve used them all. FanDuel, DraftKings, MGM, and most other deposit your winnings almost instantly. Betway likes to do things a different way…. They will put your winnings under a vague, arbitrary, and LONG review process for…. Reasons I guess? I’m not sure, there is certainly no waiting period when you lose and it’s time to take your money however. Take my advice and bet elsewhere

I have money in my account that I can’t withdraw. For the simple fact that you can deposit with your debit card but you cannot withdraw with a debit card or credit card. And since I deposited with a debit card I can’t withdraw with any other withdrawal form.

You can deposit money with your debit card.. but to withdrawal money? No that’s not allowed for some reason you have to go through a big unnecessary process.. extremely annoying

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Their first bet promotion is advertised as win your first bet and get $150 in bonus bets. What they neglect to mention is that the odds must be -150 or greater. Bets also take forever to go through or just won’t at all, and odds may have already changed like they did to me automatically disqualifying me from the bonus. My wife used my device and I got my 150 bonus taken away from my account. So those 25 I made into 212 and now they’re trying to keep it . Me and 3 friends enrolled with BetwaySportsbookCasino. We all won over the weekend and tried to cash out. Just like everyone else, they sent an email to all 4 of us stating we need to be “verified” and send our bank statements and ID, along with other documents. We sent over the documents and a few days later they said we could not be verified and shut all of our accounts down. ALL 4 OF US. I don’t care what good reviews you are reading at this moment, THIS IS A SCAM. Their address leads to a PO BOX for freak sakes…..
