This app is horrible. It frequently experiences “high volume requests” and you can never put your request in and when it does work the bud always takes over 30 minutes! And now it’s giving me wrong pickup destinations and when I arrive there it shows up at a completely different location and they cancel on me horrible!!
Don’t use this. What’s the point????

You can try for an hour trying to get a seat on a bus & they’ll still tell you there’s no “availability” even tho all the times I’ve been on the bus it’s always been either just me or me & someone else. Where does the “no availability” part play in it when there’s still quite a few empty seats?? There’s no point in using this guys🤷🏻♂️

Whenever I try to ask for a ride it says that the time that I have selected is not available. They don’t give an option to choose a time. I tried at different times of the day and still got the message.
