Close and restart the Ghost app on iPhone
Update Ghost app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ghost iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ghost on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ghost network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ghost app issues:

Force Stop the Ghost App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ghost app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ghost to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ghost App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ghost app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ghost.

Fix Ghost unable to contact server/ Ghost internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ghost » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ghost » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ghost on android.
