I put in all the correct info for my password but it just keeps saying the same thing that I need upper case and lower case and I have that, it’s annoying and won’t let me log in

I tried reseting my password 3 times and the keyboard would not close so I couldn't click submit. Then I tried, twice, to make a totally new account and again the keyboard would not close to allow me to submit my registration. Gave up and tried to make the account online and then sign in on SonnyAngelUSA BUT WAIT. Those two accounts are completely separate and you need to creat a totally different account for SonnyAngelUSA . Too much work to actually use any of the apps functions.

I couldnt even log in it did not send me a code for me to sign in I wouldve loved to talk about how I couldve bought them from there and easily look at them but I couldnt. So pls update because I really would love to try SonnyAngelUSA out

I thought SonnyAngelUSA was great! Loved the idea of uploading pictures, and seeing all the collections. However, SonnyAngelUSA constantly signs me out. I try to sign back in, but I’ve been locked out of my account several times even after I try to reset my password. SonnyAngelUSA is so buggy, it’s not worth the headache for it to work only for a day or two.

there’s a glitch where the keyboard stays up and covers the submit button and you can’t sign up for an account. SonnyAngelUSA is useless.

i can’t even make an account because my keyboard covers up all the buttons on the sign up page 🥲i’m already a member but apparently you need to be registered on SonnyAngelUSA too, and i cant do that

you can’t even use SonnyAngelUSA because it won’t let you create an account. all the buttons to sign up or do anything are greyed out and won’t let you click them.

SonnyAngelUSA works ok until I try to use the store locator, then it keeps crashing. That’s on top of how SonnyAngelUSA kept giving errors when trying to set a password and having missing images on the homepage. Overall it’s only partially useable. Wish they’d put the store locator on their website.

Won’t even load or let me make an account

it used to be good but now it constantly locks me out of my account and this time when i tried to reset the password i couldn’t tap the reset bc the keyboard wouldn’t go down. i hate that the points are only accessible on SonnyAngelUSA bc now i can’t spend them at all

SonnyAngelUSA is very cute and i am a sonny angel collector i used SonnyAngelUSA to track my sonny angels. but it crashes when i use my location to check any stores that sell sonny angels. and when i edit my profile.

i find SonnyAngelUSA so cute! however it crashes quite frequently. i can't update my collection at all because it crashes any time i try to submit a new sonny to my collection. i think the interface is great and it's lovely to connect collectors but it needs a quite a bit of bug fixes to make sure it's fully useable.

Wish we could track our smiski collection as well…

SonnyAngelUSA looks really cute and I’d love to use it, but the keyboard won’t go away when I try to create an account!!

I love the idea of the diary but I personally don’t want it to be public?? Why call it a diary if you can only post it online? An option for both would be nice, then if you could follow people to see their sonny posts, that would be cute :)

I like using SonnyAngelUSA to see what stores around me I could find sonnys at, emphasis on could. In my case all sites I checked of official sellers don’t even have them. I also had no idea Sonny’s were the price they are; the only places I’ve seen them had them for twice as much! So that was nice to learn

the idea of SonnyAngelUSA is so cute!! it is nice to be able to track collections of each series and see others pics as well!! the only thing I will say is that logging in can be super difficult, the posts/pics of others haven’t updated with anything new since I got SonnyAngelUSA , and even the announcements of new series aren't showing up in my notifications or anything like that. it would also be super cool if there was a chat option or a new system for posting pics w captions and such. other than that it’s super cute!

I love SonnyAngelUSA but relaxing my pics is not in my favor. i logged the wrong photo into the wrong fruit and it keeps crashing when i try to change it😭

I love using SonnyAngelUSA to track my sonny collection, however I wish I could also track my smiskis and Donna Wilson creatures as well as those don’t seem to be on SonnyAngelUSA ! Please add these so we can track them!!

although there had been bad reviews SonnyAngelUSA as of right now has so issues for me! its so cute and works well love it.

people have been complaining about logging in with their account they used on the website but on the website it clearly says that for SonnyAngelUSA you have to create a new account with the same email you used to make an account on the website. so you just pick a different password.
other then that, i love SonnyAngelUSA so much!
