I tried to change my password, and it said I was not authorized. I need to change my password, but now I can't get access. There has to be a better way..

Bolster is almost impossible to get in contact with. Some of the items they had removed popped back up on my credit report. They advertised that you can get 1000 for each credit violation but again it’s almost impossible to speak with anyone. I also signed up for the 3 credit bureau dispute for 25.00 and NEVER got the service or a refund. I spent hours on the phone with the company they say would be doing the additional disputes. The link to view the credit dispute letter doesn’t show the actual letter. Prepare to be confused and frustrated.

there’s one thing on here I disputed it’s a Verizon $4900. Do you know I sent them back the phones and they never took them off the account that’s why that phone that’s why that bill is $4000. They did it to me and they did it to my mother, the same exact way they tell you to send your phones back and then they don’t take them off your account they charge you $4000 $4900 or whatever to be exact Verizon‘s is a crook I wonder how many other people they’ve done this too and then they put it in collections and then they sell it to a company that you don’t do business with that you never signed anything or anything and they haven’t come after you in collections, that should be illegal but these agencies that report our credit they’re just as bad as the companies coming after us they don’t fix nothing they put the wrong stuff on your credit report. This is all a scam and and you guys aren’t even you’re just gonna take a word face that they said it was OK. You’re not even gonna investigate it. You’re just gonna say well, he already did so it’s done and over with no it’s not. I want it removed off my credit report for fraudbecause they fraud me when they never put the phones that I turned back in to get credit back on the account because when I left, I sent every phone back to them. I don’t owe them nothing.

Bolster is very clear but thorough. The ability to submit disputes easily is awesome. I’m running into some trouble getting a response back though. It’s been 66 days since I submitted collections for review and I haven’t heard anything back yet. One source says it take 45 days, another says 65 days. I’m not seeing customer service option to ask specific questions either. Not trying to hate, still a great app and I recommend giving it a shot. So far my credit score has gone up 100 points in 2 months!
