The game has given the message: "Credential expired"- login failed. What is this ?

It suddenly will not allow me to open the game. It says login failed and will not go any further.

To resolve Conquer The Tower network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Conquer The Tower App
1. On android, goto Settings » Conquer The Tower » click [Force Stop]

Clear Conquer The Tower App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Conquer The Tower » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Conquer The Tower.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Conquer The Tower » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Conquer The Tower » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Conquer The Tower
