When I download the app, before reviewing it I was informed I had a 7 days trial. I’m nice the trial was over I would be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. I selected quarterly and within 5 minutes I could tell the app did not meet my needs. I went to turn off future billing yet I was IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR THE QUARTER WITHIN FIVE MINUTES!!!!!! I now am appealing through Apple and was told I have to wait 30 business days to get it refunded EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE ADVERTISED A SEVEN DAY TRIAL!!!!!! A real pain!

I encounter a Bug on the app , I reached out to the developer and they Haven’t addressed it or Reply back . On the Futures tab When you choose Micro it will be stuck on the Minis Value . It didn’t had this problem before , I been using them for a while . But this is. Major for me since I been trading futures and tracking for 3 years . Now that bug is messing the system . Overall is a good app just they need to review it again :)

2cnd attempt at reloading the app and it freezes on the open screen. Paid version does the same thing. After manually back entering for a few hours I can’t get back in to use the app. Emailed support over a week ago and again just now. Just looking for help otherwise the app seems ok
