After the AI answers you about 5-10 times. It is stuck on a high demand error forever. I have tried day after day, but it still gives me the same error. Youcom is not worth it if it’s going to perpetually stay in the same error forever.

Great idea, but poor execution. The browser is slow, and my typing is delayed regardless on tabs open etc. My device is the latest iPad Pro; there should not be any problems running this. There’s just a lot of stutterring and I can’t take it. I’m staying on brave, with perplexity AI as my browser (perplexity is much more concise and easier than You).

I pad for a monthly subscription but I could never do anything but use it in free mode. I tried signing out and then back in and I also tried removing and reinstalling Youcom but when I would try to sign back in I would receive a message saying that another user with the same email has a subscription ? Also there is no way to reach tech support .

Doesn’t upgrade to pro account despite wasting $20, says I already have a pro subscription even though account is stuck on free mode.

I emailed support but no one replied had to get a refund from Apple since app charged me but didn’t provide premium subscription.

I used to use YOU as a private browser app, so you can imagine my surprise whenever I updated it and opened it to see that all my tabs were gone and now it was just an AI chat system. I’m terribly upset, especially considering I now have to find a different app and since I lost everything I had. In my opinion, the update was a little stupid. But, whatever.

They claim to be Privacy focused yet they actively go through you search history looking for anything “inappropriate” just so they can
Ban you from using the search engine

This is not true privacy, this is intrusive and it is censorship which people have been fighting against for years

Just because people are viewing stuff “inappropriate” to you doesn’t give you the right to call them out unless there doing something actually illegal

Used to be great, though pretty glitchy. Now not usable - forces sign-in every time I open the iOS app and takes FOREVER to log in and load, doesn’t load chat page… if just goes back to the last website visited. Nothing more than a browser at this point.

Good news. Finally, an app that offers Tacking Protection. Check the typo in your settings.

Great browser on desktop, barely functional on mobile. Links open slowly or not at all and simple actions take longer than they should.
Sometimes when switching between normal and private tabs the keyboard entirely blocks all buttons, forcing the user to restart Youcom , and some settings simply don’t save no matter how many times they are changed.
When it works it’s one of the best browsers I’ve used, but Youcom is not ready for release. Hopefully I can try it again in the future.

I had been an avid follower of the You app for months, relying on its advanced algorithms to provide me with accurate results. So when I began to notice inaccuracies emerging in the data it was providing, I was disappointed and frustrated. Suddenly what had once been a reliable resource became unreliable and inconsistent. I could no longer depend on Youcom to give me the correct answers or help make decisions that were backed up by accurate data.

This has forced me to turn away from this popular platform and instead look towards more conservative methods of obtaining my information. Although these may not be as interactive or as fast as You app, I can at least trust in their accuracy; something which is essential for making sound decisions based on facts rather than opinion.

Answers delayed from actual current news. Need up to date accurate information that is current up to date within the last hour at the very least.

Targeted with an ad on instagram, to save a lot of money/year switching from openAI chatgpt…… they did not mention what you would be downgrading to…… a GPT WITHOUT PLUG-INS is dead in the water! No pdf/link reading, no agent interface, cumbersome UI…frustrating bugs require searches to be rewritten two or three times sometines, constant logging in, an “app” that is just a link to the webapp…… and the ai can’t remember two of its answers back in the chat! I want refund!

I bought pro and I have to keep logging in again each time. Receiving the ongoing answers is a pain to be able to read at the top without it keep pushing it down. Also no ability to talk to it.

Very disappointing to see yet another “search engine” that searches very well but cannot find what I am looking for. It instead finds everything except what I’m looking for. Doesn’t follow conventional search rules. Put in a hyphen followed by a keyword that I want it to ignore and instead of ignoring the keyword it searches for it. Astonishing that this would be considered good programming. I awarded two stars because it actually does search, apparently far and wide (although why it wants to access my location only to display search results from 1000 miles+ away from me eludes me!), and then uninstalled Youcom because it returned no (0, zero, zilch, nada) results that were even close to what I asked for!

This browser has a fair amount of “overhead” that makes loading slower. In my opinion, this slowness makes browsing less smooth and less enjoyable than that of faster browsers such as Firefox Focus.

Also, sometimes the lock icon indicating a secure HTTPS connection gets a red slash running through it for no apparent reason. That suggests the connection is insecure. But when I check in the settings, the connection is said to be secure. This is both mysterious and troubling, and another reason I won’t be using this browser again until it matures.

It’s cool concept, though, and I hope Youcom continues to improve.

I downloaded it and it is very convenient to have so many AIs in one place. However, the mobile app has a lot of issues. Apart from not having all their versions of AI that you can get on the web many times it just doesn’t generate responses. it is very frustrating. If you are using Youcom hopefully you can fix those issues and Tsun.

Please update your app and make an option to turn off the inactive tabs! I want to see what I’ve previously looked at altogether. And also please add an option to be able to see all history not just parts.

As I was using this amazing browser AI I found myself a little disappointed because it didn’t have a document scanner to summarize documents pictures etc. If the developer adds this upgrade to the AI Youcom will be one of the most free use AI apps in the AppStore regarding that this AI browser is awesome and is like chat gpt and you can use it at the school with a VPN which is fabulous.

So far better than Brave, much better than Safari and 100% better than Google

I’ve been looking for a replacement for Google and Safari and came across YOU! I love the layout, the ability to choose MY sources, and th privacy. Also, YouWrite is so useful. Keep up the great work!

So much better way to get to actual answers faster!

My 2 most favorite features are the vertical and horizontal scrolling as well as being able to search just my social media if I want.

The more buttons, links, pages, tools the better ha ha! I’ll pray for the Mods and myself for having to deal with my fancy learning skills😂. Tap Tap tap ha ha! Thank You, YOU! Directions aren’t Believed in!

Incredibly efficient and so much faster than google.

Fast, gets results, no ads, has some really cool features like YouWrite, AI Generated things, and (most importantly) for me, YouCode. Great service!

This search engine actually brings me to sites that I need and that I’m really looking for,
pretty much all the rest of them, bring me to everything but what you’re looking for!!! which ends up sidetracking me, and ultimately forgetting what I was looking for in the first place!!

Better search results and less information and adds I do not need

Youcom is vey useful for me . I am using Youcom for writing email. I would like to upgrade the plan .
But you don’t have apple pay . You have only credit card payment plan. So . I request you that pls put the the Apple payment in Youcom.

I currently use YOU.com for my desktop. The mobile browser isn’t as easy-to-use as the DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser, so I will stick to DuckDuckGo on my phone.

Recommendation: Implement DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials Extension and I will 100% use YOU.com as my default for phone.

I've been using YOU for three months, and it feels good to organize search results, but I'm not sure if it's more comprehensive than others, because I always have to jump between it and Google.
