This new update is terrible

I’m not a fan of EcolabKitchenIQ , it’s just an extra step to do everything I already do, plus it gives the employees a reason to keep their phones on them and with being able to switch programs as easily as you can, it’s become a distraction at my store. I would not purchase it if it was my store.

Used to be a good app and amazing for work now they did a update and it’s the worse work app out there.

Is like having to update your app every morning

I used to kind of like EcolabKitchenIQ, but ever since the “shifts” option it has been a lot less user friendly. Now it wants you to do all your set ups, over an hour before I would even have time to start them, rather than doing it at your own pace, and it doesn’t give the option to recognize a top performer per shift. Please bring back these options and fix it!

i can’t change my pfp whenever i try to click the change profile button it just doesn’t work or do anything

Was a great app till the new shifts update. It has made it non user friendly And hard to navigate.

Obviously there are many modifications happening which require constant up dates. I wonder if it might serve us all better to do a bimonthly update with every modification in that two week period than to have 1 or 2 updates per week. Also, the iPad and iOS for Macbook full versions are needed. And there are constant notification issues with almost everyone on our team. And it's not because of our device settings. Thank you.

I can’t do anything at all with EcolabKitchenIQ on my iPad. I would like to be able to set up checklists for my employees on my iPad instead of looking like I am messing around on my phone for hours. Feels more professional that way. Is there any hope for the full accessibility of EcolabKitchenIQ to be available for iPad users?

So I work I Chick-fil-A and when I go to do my checklist it doesn’t let me take a picture of my work.

I love EcolabKitchenIQ , but could you make it so as you are able to print out hard copies of infractions so as to add to their folders. That would be really helpful. Thank you!

EcolabKitchenIQ is amazing. I love knowing what I’m working so I don’t have to panic lol. It’s also cool to see the developer responding to questions and concerns

Learning and using EcolabKitchenIQ has been helpful for our CFA. When something has come that I need help with the Support Team has answered within a day. They are very helpful. Highly recommend.

Love EcolabKitchenIQ and the way that the VSBL Team is always working so hard to bring together all the information we need in order to be faithful stewards of the business we have been blessed with.

We love the VSBL! We have even spread the word and have had local Chick-fil-As use it as well. Wasn’t sure about the shifts update, but it’s actually really cool. They thought about everything! As a director of 100+ people, EcolabKitchenIQ helps keep everything together.

I love the VSBL app. I would love a personal version that you could use and possibly connect with family members :)
