Contact Spy Hidden Camera Detector Support

While I do think this application has the potential to be helpful and useful, there is no clear or obvious way to understand if the application is accurate or even actually working. Once I purchased the premium edition of this application, every time I check hidden devices, it still asks me to purchase Premium and is unclear if the “hidden devise found” is an example or if it actually found something. I reached out to the company via email with total disregard. I rate it a 1 star for now but I do in fact see a lot of potential. I hope they respond soon and I really hope they fix the unclear parts of this application.

I signed up for the $4.99 weekly. If it finds unknown devices it gives you the option to copy the MAC address. When you do that it’s really the IP address which is basically worthless for device identification. I went ahead and sent an email to the support link that they provide. I received back a message saying that the mail could not be delivered. It seems to be a way to sign up your credit card number and then no way to cancel. I have already contacted apple about fraudulent app.

App has a “Rate Us” within the App but any negative feedback goes to the App Owner not to Apple. The App does not tell you what items are on your network, only IP Addresses. You are going to need additional Apps to tell you what those are if you don’t already know. It also tells you common components are “Suspicious” (for example a speaker) and did not detect an actual camera on the network. All this for a weekly fee $$$ 🙄😞.
