Spy & Hidden Camera Detector Reviews

While I do think this application has the potential to be helpful and useful, there is no clear or obvious way to understand if the application is accurate or even actually working. Once I purchased the premium edition of this application, every time I check hidden devices, it still asks me to purchase Premium and is unclear if the “hidden devise found” is an example or if it actually found something. I reached out to the company via email with total disregard. I rate it a 1 star for now but I do in fact see a lot of potential. I hope they respond soon and I really hope they fix the unclear parts of this application.

I signed up for the $4.99 weekly. If it finds unknown devices it gives you the option to copy the MAC address. When you do that it’s really the IP address which is basically worthless for device identification. I went ahead and sent an email to the support link that they provide. I received back a message saying that the mail could not be delivered. It seems to be a way to sign up your credit card number and then no way to cancel. I have already contacted apple about fraudulent app.

App has a “Rate Us” within SpyHiddenCameraDetector but any negative feedback goes to SpyHiddenCameraDetector Owner not to Apple. SpyHiddenCameraDetector does not tell you what items are on your network, only IP Addresses. You are going to need additional Apps to tell you what those are if you don’t already know. It also tells you common components are “Suspicious” (for example a speaker) and did not detect an actual camera on the network. All this for a weekly fee $$$ 🙄😞.

First of all, SpyHiddenCameraDetector did work, but it is useless. I was checking my VRBO house for hidden devices, and it showed four, but only let me see the verified one(a router). What if there was a spy camera in my bathroom, and I didnt know because an app didnt let me? Waste of time. Why should I waste my money on a simple app? I would give SpyHiddenCameraDetector 5 stars if you didnt have to pay. Just put an ad to make money.

SpyHiddenCameraDetector when using the free side will scan the network then tell you there is a suspicious device and give a partial ip. If you look at the ip it is your own phone. Double checked this with a program I already paid for. If the product was a good product it wouldn’t need to rely on tricking people to buy it.

not pay first then view product seem great but i truly can’t pay for it first before trying it

I paid for the subscription for SpyHiddenCameraDetector because it said that there was the threat of a camera. So I bought it. Then it won’t scan unless you activate permissions in settings…which I did. I paid for it and got nothing. I doubt that there’s even a camera. It’s a scam!! Don’t waste your time

They should have to say right on the front page that the free version doesn’t actually do anything. you download it and it literally just opens SpyHiddenCameraDetector and tells you that you need to buy the premium version to use it.

SpyHiddenCameraDetector is the best among the other! I hope everyone will use it in the future!      ‍

OMG… total crap I got it just to see if it would work. I have camera’s in my home and it didn’t pick some of them up. Then on the checking part just for one I waited over and hour and half and still got no results.

SpyHiddenCameraDetector doesn’t even work. It freezes on the scan Wi-Fi option and does nothing. I’ve tried several times, deleted and downloaded again. It’s no good. I’d like a refund asap. Thank you

Doesn’t even tell you anything is happening. Nothing is working, you have to have app open continuously for it to scan and mine hasn’t even begun to scan 5 min in.

Works for scanning But when you try and copy the MAC address it really just copies the IP so it’s useless. Just use NMAP
