It just doesn’t work

To start using it, you have to fill out their forms and submit them to find specialists. I did it twice, and it’s probably still loading, lol. Tech support asks me to fill out another form. If you want peace of mind, it’s better to use another app that actually works. This one is annoyingly talented at being frustrating.
I decided to try this app and it’s broken

Uploaded the app, than you need to pass some servey to find the specialist and the app is freezing on the question about what kind of specialist are you looking for. It just doesn’t let you go any further.
