HanaleiRiver displays USGS gauge 16103000, which is somewhat upstream from the Hanalei bridge. If the intention is to monitor conditions at the bridge, that gauge is 16104200.
HanaleiRiver is a good beginning, but it would be far more useful if it also displayed data from other sources, such as HDOT road closure notices, NOAA flood warnings, etc.
