Their website says it’s compatible with iPhone 15, but my 15 says it’s not and they don’t seem to know what to do. Try airalo.

UPDATE: my phone was indeed locked. It would have been nice if the support folks would have suggested I check this out. I told them that I had a “15” and their response was that the phone is coming back incompatible.

I do like the plans BNE offers, but it was Airalo support that suggested I check to see if my phone was locked.

Pretty much useless! I got the least amount to test and pretty much can't do much. No Google maps for sure and was the primary reason while in another country to help while my TMobile service fails.

Go try a different product. Also a little confusing while configuring.

I did travel across the Europe and bought different E-sims for different countries. It work for 2 days and it didn’t work at all. I will not recommend it at all

It DOESNT work on locked phones but DOES NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR. Even though I couldn’t use it they refused to give a refund! KEEP YOUR MONEY, you’ll simply lose it using BNESIM with its hidden agenda

My internet from Mint was very slow in Houston, TX near galleria area. I wanted to watch TikTok movies and it was not showing any. So I installed esim and paid dollars to just use a reasonable internet connection in Houston USA. The speed of the internet did not matter I still cannot watch TikTok videos. It freezes and the connection drops. This esim may be using the same crappie Mint or T Mobile connection that does not connect the Internet! I regret the time and money I spent for nothing but lots of headache and trouble! Government should better control these unfair businesses and do not let them steal money from us instead of trying to close TikTok!!!

I used BNESIM for two months while in Africa. It worked well. But after I returned home, they continued to charge me. When I reached out to complain about these charges, they told me that I had signed up for a subscription. I did not, as I didn’t need to use them long term. They then proceeded to charge me even after these complaints.

I had stable 5G in Greece (Santorini, Paros, Naxos) working even better than the Airbnb Wifi. I think i consumed something like 50gb in 15 周期（天）. Very reliable, i will continue using it.

I have not used the service yet but the customer support is 5 star.

eSIM provider that I preffer as no time limit and no credit expiration. Prices ar good and function without any problem!

Had some minor issues, but overall, it's a good app.
