Terrible experience and now I can’t get the key to my home back from the crew Turnify hired

Please beware of this company. I was so excited when I found them. But their service is overly expensive with zero true customer service. They answer the phone and the texts but that didn’t help when the cleaner was hours late. I ended up doing lots of cleaning myself. The cleaners didn’t arrive until 7pm and no one contacted me when the clean was complete. I received an excessive invoice from Turnify for that clean so I called them to say no, I’m not paying that much but I will pay a more than fair price. They refused my attempts to pay because I wasn’t paying the full price quoted as I did lots of the work. Now they have kicked me off the app and cancelled future cleans. And some random cleaning crew now has a key to the home. And I have no way to reach them as Turnify refuses to put me in contact with them. Awful service.
Worst Cleaning App ever

I’ve been using this for a month as a contract cleaner. I get kicked out all the time when trying to finish a job. All pictures have to be in landscape mode which is truly hard to do with a lot of things I need pictures of. Other cleaning apps are much better, less glitches. I hope they do some updating to be better like Turnover, Koala Booking or VR scheduler.
Doesn’t work

Your app doesn’t work. Every time I do anything I get an error. I registered for an account then it tells me my email doesn’t exist when I try to log in. I tried registering again and it said my email is already registered. Then I tried to log in again and got an error message and booted out of the app ! what a waste of time. Deleting!
