I paid for unlimited calls and texts and then they charged me per call and per text. Additionally, after I canceled my account they wouldn’t let me use my phone I already paid for till the end of the month. Giant scam.

This is an application that swindles money. When you buy a number, they will restrict the use of your account for inexplicable reasons and will not refund you any money, leaving you helpless
Thought I could get a text enabled number. After I paid to choose one found out none was available. No indication this would happen.
Terrible service. They provide different conditions after hatching. The message is not received because all the numbers have been used multiple times so various sites have marked them as spam. Very poor service. They have come to the market to cheat. Fraudulent butper.

You pay $15 monthly at First , then you will pay $6 For the number , then after paying twice, this foolish scammer will then banned your account then tell you to recharge and buy credits . The Lowest Credit is Another $10. Please do not fall for this Scammers , you will keep paying and you won’t get the right service. I PAID ALL $31 and I am not able to use the number for anything . I am using the text-to-speech voicemail to handle my calls. Our team also uses their own recording as voicemail. KrispCall is sometimes not working. But I use chrome app which gives all required things.
I originally wrote a review that said something along the lines of “Possible scam and bad interface” but I think these guys are just the victim of a difficult interface. I was not only responded to kindly (after being a bit mean or standoffish) but also promptly. They refunded me all of my money and wiped the account for me. Great customer service.

this app’s blog about purchasing a number and porting the number out sold me on their service. I was able to purchase a local U.S. number and successfully ported it out to a major U.S. mobile phone carrier. Everyone on the live support chat was great and extremely thorough. I definitely recommend them for this purpose.
Unfortunately I was not able to get a phone number for the country I want due to missing documents but customer service was very responsive and refunded me all my money (without asking)

I've used this app for about a month now and was able to port my number successfully. Kirpscall has great features to manage a business through multiple time zones, have multiple numbers for multiple countries, receive voicemail, text etc. The phone app can be a little slower to repond when I click on dial a number but I'm still navigating through all the features to maximize its use,
