Is there a free trial? I downloaded and wanted to give it a try and it allowed me to click through the first 3 pages, but before getting to ThatGirl it requires you to pay or will not allow you to move forward. I want to see what I’m getting before I spend $20-$40 on something. There was also not a week to week or lower price point purchase only 1 month or 1 year.

You can’t even get into ThatGirl without setting up a payment plan, I get having a subscription or something… but it shouldn’t be required for access. I have ADHD and don’t want to set up a subscription that might not even work at all. But I cant test it if I can’t get into ThatGirl . Not worth the 5mins to try and set it all up and being hyped just to find out you can’t get in

I really hope no one is actually paying for ThatGirl, lol. It seems like it might be a cute concept if it at least had a free version to give people an IDEA of what ThatGirl has to offer before demanding money from them! You have to pay to subscribe as soon as you open ThatGirl . Why on earth would I PAY to use an app before I even know what it is? What a stupid business practice. Screams scam, and advertises to young girls on instagram. please don’t fall for it!

People understand how apps work and why they need routines.

Include whatever flowery explanation screens you want but making them unskippable is insane.

I randomly came across ThatGirl and wanted to try it. I did not even get to fully use it, because I couldn’t get past the initial paywall. It requires payment, before you even have any way to take a look inside ThatGirl the get an idea which paid plan works best for you. No trial or such available. Now, one may argue that you can purchase the lowest priced 1 week for about three dollars, however, I was not willing to do this because the opening slides in ThatGirl were littered with spelling errors. Constant use of “gonna”, incorrect grammar and vocabulary use on every. Single. Slide! It was annoying to read and I can only imagine all the errors that are within the paid part of ThatGirl - no thanks!
(I understand errors can happen, I myself am not a native English speaker. But if you launch an app, you should at least have someone proofread it!)

I like the sleek look and the ones that are pre set but it’s so confusing to use. Making your own is cumbersome and you can’t edit premade ones. Until it becomes more user friendly, it’s not for me

You have to pay before you can go anything. Most apps let you at least have ThatGirl to use but with restrictions, the fact I can’t even use it without paying is stupid. Bad app, don’t recommend if you don’t want to pay every week.

You can’t actually get into ThatGirl . Just make ppl buy it upfront. But, they don’t do that. Because what the want in addition to money is data. So, whether you then buy they app or not, they still get what they want. Apple review your dev policies because this is purposefully misleading and advertises something they do not deliver.

Sadly, I downloaded ThatGirl after it being suggested during a promotion that allowed users to download, complete onboarding and then for one day, it was supposed to offer the lifetime version at no cost. However, after completing everything that option was, in fact, not offered at all.

Why require users to go through such a LOOOOOOOOONG onboarding?! The types of questions are pseudo inspirational platitudes, and the length of time between the MANY rhetorical questions is ridiculous. Whether intended for effect or an oversight, the onboarding is a poorly conceived intro to what was anticlimactic experience within ThatGirl .

ThatGirl has potential the design is aesthetic but when I paid for a subscription I thought there would be more. It’s boring? The intro before you purchase seems to have more thought put into it then the actual app itself. I don’t see this really helping me when its just adding tasks that I create to my calendar. I could’ve done that !

During the set up process it makes you rate ThatGirl 5 stars which is probably why the ratings are good.

App does not work. Took money for subscription but then continues to state I don't have a subscription even though it states on my apple subscriptions that I do. When i try to restore it states theres no active account. When i try to buy another subscription it states there is an active account but i can go ahead a purchase it again anyways. Waste of money and time.

ThatGirl has potential, but I am still stuck on the fact that it charged my account for a subscription and then never allowed me to use ThatGirl . I was still stuck in the pick a subscription page when I requested a refund from apple and canceled the subscription I already had

Don’t bother downloading, ThatGirl does not work. You’ll have to listen to several slides of intro, answer a few questions, and when it customizes ThatGirl for you, it will ask you to pay for subscription. I did… twice! And twice it kept shutting down and asking me to subscribe. I tried to restore my account but it said I had no active subscription. Save yourself the aggravation.

I liked the idea ThatGirl had originally. However it is frustrating. You have zero ability to customize anything. For example the water tracker. It only uses liters, no changing the unit. And it’s preset measurements, can’t enter your own. Same for the food. You can’t just track what you ate, your forced to provide a photo from your own gallery or take one and forced to add calories. It also has preset “daily” tasks like reading, working out, affirmations. You can’t turn them off. Can’t add different ones. The only thing you have input with is the scheduler but according to other reviews that doesn’t function well either. And not a big issue, but there’s not really a profile, can’t personalize the account whatsoever really. You pay money upfront, to not even have something personal.

Has great potential, not user friendly.

Starting right off with no free trial and automatically requiring payment once you are in ThatGirl but not to download it. Then once you've gone through the whole intro, it does have a block for each of the habits you would see going into "that girl" routines. Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to plan ahead so when it gives you an alarm for waking up early, you have to already be awake to set that for the day. Alarms and keeping track don't work because it all needs to be input after you've already completed that task. Yes ThatGirl is aesthetically pleasing but its not worth the download as is.

i’ve used ThatGirl for a month 1/2. its a great way of being organized, has useful reminders through the day/week. could use some help of motivational reading logs instead of having the affirmation check in first. i honestly don’t use it much because i don’t find it as much of a priority or realness to help me stay on track with it. i guess paying the 9.99 wasn’t for any good use to my pleasure because now i actually do everything in my journal and notes and Pinterest, as well as through prayer to help me get myself up. but i don’t know how to get my refund back and recently just noticed i had been logged out?

Tried to play with the meal tracker and it makes me upload a picture of what I ate without an option to exit it. Found a ton of bugs in just few minutes, unfortunately I don’t see a value in ThatGirl that would improve my productivity just yet

I LOVE ThatGirl, but there’s a lot of improvement left. For one, why won’t reminders carry over day-to-day? It is such a waste of time to set reminders for every item each day. Second, there needs to be more customizability with the tasks we add. Third, I still notice some bugs, like some links not working.

I like to read instructions. I actively dislike being forced to watch and listen to something. Good Dog! The text was there, but no, I had to listen to the somewhat cutesy and slow voice, so it took more than 3 minutes to get through the intro. I use the podcast player Overcast so I can speed them up and shorten spaces, but I had to suffer through the slowness.

What else is going to be forced on me? In February, a reviewer wrote that she had to take a photo of her food and couldn't skip it. I don't want to take a picture of my food when I don't want to. If ThatGirl functions as a bully, even with saccharin overlaying the “it's for your own good” voice, I don't want any part of it.

I really wish you could set up repeated reminders, i have to do it every day. It would be even better if you could set it up to repeat weekly bit have each day custom. I sleep in on Saturday for example, i want to push my reminders back a bit

ThatGirl could be phenomenal if you had the ability to plan days in advance or set times to reoccur - It’s very tedious to set the times on each part of your routine every day and I probably won’t use ThatGirl due to that. The built in features like the productivity timer and water tracker are super smart, but unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep up with using ThatGirl .

I’ve been wanting to use ThatGirl for a min now , after reading the reviews and seeing you had to basically pay to enter it. They finally have a 3 day trial. I love the apps aesthetic very modern and chic. HOWEVER you should be able to add and edit . And $4.99 a week is a complete scam when ThatGirl doesn’t really even have much to offer.
