I have 2 prior reviews that are not showing up, why is that? Because they are extremely critical?? My last review was made just a few days ago. I was stating how despicable it was that you have ruined this game -due to your greediness with forcing us to watch endless ads. Why would anyone want to p... Show more lay this now? You can’t even play for 5 minutes without having to watch an ad for basic tasks- let alone for any type of reward. What is wrong with you people?!! This is beyond pathetic. Can’t wait to see if this review shows up. Update: I just went into the game again…just OPENED IT as it was closed & on another device. I got an ad immediately !*@? Are you kidding me? I’ve never played any other game that forces an ad on you upon just opening the game. I’m only playing now, very minimally, because I have so much $$ invested as well as an abundance of resources in the game. Just waiting a little while to see if you remove these incessant ads. If not, I will delete the game - as I’m sure lots of other players will as well.

There are other games with the same concept that are much better. Too many items that have very little value are forced upon you. You cannot sell or remove them. Take up 15 or 20 spots and once you get to max level you are forced to watch a commercial for a useless item. They have multiple type... Show more s of objects that combined, can end up taking 40 or 50 spots. Now you cant play the main part of the game because of it. Overall the idea is great. Allow me to remove any object i dont want, the game would be playable.

This used to be an entertaining game and the type you could play while waiting in line, etc. yes there were some ads, but u had a choice to view them if u wanted specific actions, but with the latest upgrade it’s become an Ads streaming site. I updated my app because my game was a bit laggy and felt like it might crash. absolute. Mistake.

The game is fun, moves slow as you progress waiting ridiculous long times to build. Over all it is a fun merge game. However the developers decided to update it recently requiring you to watch the same dumb adds for no reason other than just playing. The game already had you watching adds for speci... The stupid 30 second ads make it so darn irritating it’s not worth the aggravation! It gets worse the more I play! The stupid ad icons block half the game screen! This could be a fun game if the devs weren’t so ad greedy.

I love merge games, so I grabbed this one the moment I saw it advertised. I opened it finally this morning and was pretty much immediately let down. The girl has a chat bubble saying ‘Blah blah blah glad to be back, it looks different than when I was a little girl, lets start by unpacking!’. So I... Show more click on the 3 little boxes that are bouncing on my screen, and nothing happens with the boxes and the girls chat bubble is still on my screen. The only two other possible interactions are to click on the number 2, which responds by telling me I cant do this until I am level 2, OR a box with the text “Restore Progress”. I’ve never played before, so I cant imagine what progress there is to be restored, but I click it anyway. I’m told that to restore my progress I need to log on with my apple ID or Facebook. Since I have no progress to restore, I close this box.

In retrospect, I suspect the idea was that the game’s creator wanted me to create an account so that my progress could be saved?

The wording was cludgy, the first steps of the game are cludgy, I decided not to spend any more effort within the game but to leave a review. And I think I have left one review before this, ever, in 10 years.

I was surprised to see that the game has a 4.6 rating. And as I read through all of the 1, 2 and 3* ratings I was both sure I made the right decision to close the game, and again was surprised that all of these reviews could possibly average out to 4.6.

Was a great game, but after you get up a couple levels the game forces you to watch ads for everything you want to do. I am getting hit with what feels like 3-4 ads every 5 mins of game play. I loved the game until recently. Now about half of the ads don’t work. The free energy wheel barely gives anything. The monthly game things take up space that I don’t want to lose and we can’t sell the stuff to make space. I have everything open and am at level 31, but now have to create a new char... Show more acter that will take forever to get if I want more land. The game just becomes more and more ad and resource intensive. It’s becoming more frustrating than enjoyable.

I used to love this game and would have given it a 5 Star Rating a month ago. I’ve spent a lot of actual money on the game as it was my favorite and I always needed more ruby’s and energy. I’m really upset that those were taken away. I not only earned them playing the game but earned them by all the actual money I put in to the game. I don’t feel that it was fair that you took away something I spent time & money on. I kept playing even though you kept dropping my energy and I could never get enough. You kept dropping how you get ruby’s and I could never get enough. But, I’m not going to keep playing now that you took away my shells that gave the Scepters that I paid for. It’s too bad you did that. This was a great game that brought me stress relief and I enjoyed.

I have played this game for over a year and it was great. Something was changed by developers recently that is tanking my rating. I paid for “No Ads” and am now being forced to watch 30-second ads on selected moves. The ads freeze after 1 second and the only way to get the timer going again is to c... Show more lose down and restart Tropical Merge and relaunch it again … and with the ad refreezing every 1-2 seconds, it takes 15-25 “relaunches” to get out of the Loop. My chosen identity (not a generic IOS number) has disappeared and been re-assigned an “IOS identity.” This new identity is never granted any points during the multiple competition so, so much for trying to accrue bonuses for playing the game well. Please don’t tell me to contact Customer Support - I have submitted several issues and never received one response. This game is delightful, but only download if you are willing to be caught in a long Ad Loop or willing to play for pleasure.

I used to enjoy this game, but recently the number of ads have dramatically increased. They are an unpleasant unwelcome distraction. A couple of ads here or there I understand, but this new constant barrage of ads where you have to actually attempt to close each one up to 4 times is ridiculous. So ... Love this game a lot but towards the end of the event the game keeps crashing. Tried all the tricks still no luck. Frustrating.

The game is fun enough but it would be better if you could move objects diagonally. Seriously, I have to move the item sideways, then up or down.
The sensitivity of placement is fussy; I’ll often make unwanted matches because it moved in the last millisecond before I released.

Need to be able to move like items easier, instead of dragging the items together. It wears out your stylus. I need games you don’t have to constantly buy things to play. There should be more energy to play

Clearly, I enjoy the game. 😊 I play most days and I have it installed on multiple devices so it gets a lot of game time. Some of the crafting times can seem really long, but I have to sleep some time and that’s when I start the longer ones.

I used to play this game all the time and loved it. Recently they have become very aggressive with advertising which is a huge downer. Earlier you could opt to watch ads for rewards but now you have to watch ads to play. If this continues, I will have to remove this game and find something else..

I’ve been playing for about a month now and I am in love with this game. It has a much better feel to it than other merge games that I’ve played. It’s very calming and very relaxing. Perfect to play right before bed.

I do have one small issue. There’s been times where I’ve accidentally merge... Show more d four items instead of five. It would be great if you could add some kind of warning or confirmation request when merging 4 or more items. What I mean is there has been a few times where I was saving four items to merge when I get a fifth. But while organizing my items I would accidentally hover over said four items and merge them by accident using only three of the items and losing the chance to gain a bonus item by merging five at once.

On other merge games I have played they had a on/off toggle option that would allow you to turn on merge confirmations for all of your merges before doing them. That way when it’s turned on it will warn you that a merge (of any size three or more) is going to happen and you can choose to confirm it or back out of it. This prevents accidental merges of three items when you’re trying to save for five.

Aside from this small issue I absolutely LOVE this game.

I love the game. So much fun until for some reason the zoo village keeps going back to the island. Keep having to delete it and re download. Works for a while then it does the same thing. It’s so aggravating.
