I would have given you 4 stars if it wasn’t for the ads...and 5 if this issue hadn’t arisen and you had more options to save yourself or could purchase a special power with gems. (Also, why speed up the time AND make it more difficult with longer attached blocks? You get used to the amount of time you have, don’t decrease it). Another thought...make it the players option to start time over rather than it automatically doing it when there are no more moves. Sometimes it’s nice to have the extra time to take a breath...
I did a screen shot of my game that is frozen. I’ve left and come back in to attempt to restart (and of course had to watch another ad) and it is still frozen. I see animation at the top, but the timer has run out and blocks are in mid-air from my last movement. Very frustrating as this was turning out to be my best game ever, by far.
Also, Too many ads...and some of them are WAY too long...30seconds.
Come on guys. I understand you have to make money, I have even clicked on some of the ads, but don’t make it so frustrating with so many ads. (Especially for things I’ve already clicked on/downloaded). I’ve actually quit some of my favorite games because I got tired of watching the ads. There’s always another good game to move on to, but I would like to stay with this one for a while longer.

I wish there was a game play version without the timer speeding up. I want to know how far I could really get without it. I don’t mind the white connectors increasing the challenge but the timer is annoying. There should be different game modes (easy/med/hard) something else so we don’t get bored.
Also, I’m sure it’s your intention to irritate people so badly with the ads that they purchase ‘no ads’ but yours were absurd. I have never spent money on a game before but you get into the swing and adrenaline of a good game and the ads seriously kill the vibe and they’re way too long. I would often just quit after the third or fourth one in the same game. So I bought it. YOU GOT ME. Congrats. I’m gonna keep playing to justify my purchase to myself but I’m not happy about spending $4 on a phone game. It’s not very dynamic at all and often makes me feel like I’m wasting my time bc just when you get up there in the high teens, things bc impossible... Hope future updates bring more to the table! Like rewards after a big merge, let players stock up an inventory of tools or use gems to purchase them when you ‘die’ . For instance maybe a hammer to break a connector or an ice cube to freeze the time clock, or a bomb to clear an entire row/column something!!! It’s got major potential.

I love playing this game. I'm not too good at it, but love the challenge. Recently tho, I noticed I settled into a pattern that helped me focus & improve my speed. I was so excited, I started playing more. But the ads seemed to get longer & cause glitches. I stopped playin for a while & deleted the game from my iPad, leaving it only on my phone. I then noticed some ads were easier to click out of, & some were actually interesting--even useful. I started clicking on ads I really wanted to see, especially ads for products I was interested in, hoping maybe that'd steer more "good" ads my way. It seemed to work for a bit. Now it's worse than ever. More & longer ads & lots of glitches, many of which seem ad-related.
I don't complain about ads in general, I get it. I know why they're necessary. But not when they interfere with enjoyment of the game, or worse, prevent proper game play. I tried to be patient, but I have to delete what came to be my go-to game. If I thought reviews helped, I'd stick around a while, but after reading other reviews citing the same issues not being resolved...well...it's time to break up with my #1 game. I'll miss you, but there are more games in DragnMerge store. I'm off to find a new #1

I recently just downloaded this game and I thought it was really fun. What I can’t stand is the countless amount of ads that I have to go through just to play a game every round. It’s unfair that I have to pay money just to get all of the ads removed. Second, these bugs are ridiculous! I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s my phone but while I’m in the middle of playing the whole game would freeze and I would wait a bit and then when I tried to move a block it would freeze all over again. I got so frustrated the first time that I decided to delete the game then I redownloaded it a day or two later and I was still having the same problems! And don’t even get me started on that timer. It’s so annoying that there is a timer put up on the game and there aren’t even any power ups to help you out with the game and help you get to the 20 block. The timer goes down too fast I can never get to the 20 block! It seems unfair and kind of rigged as to how I’ve been playing this game for days and I still can’t get to 20. The timer goes down way to fast. I hope you see this and fix some of the things that needs to be fixed.

This game is fun and I enjoy playing it, although, I have found that there is something that bothers me a bit.
When this game gives you an ad break ( which there are way too many of, PLEASE tone it down ), the game keeps on going, meaning that your numbers keep climbing to the top. I have had many encounters where I was making good progress in the game, but an ad made it so that when I resumed to the game, the game had already ended and the numbers had reached the top. This definitely bothers me because normally when watching an ad you don’t have to worry about the game ending while you are watching said ad.
Another complaint is that the ads normally come after you reach your first 15 or first 20. This also bothers me and links in with the other complaint. I feel like I’m watching ads more than I am actually playing the game. So please fix this. I can’t stand the amount of ads I have to sit through just to play a game on my phone. And it feels almost like it’s getting worse every time I play. Anyways, that’s my complaint

I sometimes get 2 ads per game, one before and one after, it’s very terrible because if I wanted to watch a video to revive twice, that’s 4 ads a game (minimum). Plus with only 2 lives, gems are practically useless. You can also glitch blocks that are connected through spaces that they can’t fit through. Also, why does DragnMerge pop up requesting DragnMerge to have my location. This type of game isn’t even multiplayer why do you need my location. And with that pop up or if you leave DragnMerge , you have to watch ANOTHER ad. And certain blocks will make you watch ANOTHER ad. And if you have no moves left and the new blocks have no possible combinations the timer just waits there. And if you have blocks but you can’t match them because of certain connections you also just have to wait there. Overall with the time wasted with ads and the timer DragnMerge needs to be touched up, it’s still pretty fun, but all the ads ruin it, and fix the inter mechanism. And try to add some new features for gems because they’re otherwise useless with only using them 2 times per game (if you choose to).

I’m a big fan of this game and I play it a lot and have always enjoyed it. I’m not sure what has happened recently, though — with the ads that have been introduced through Vungle, I’m never able to close the ad out. If I hit the skip button (looks like this: —>|), a pop up appears with the advertised app’s page on DragnMerge Store and my only option is to hit “Done.” When I do that then the pop up disappears but I’m left on the ad which stays frozen and offers me no other options than to click the skip button again, which just repeats the process above. There’s no way to close the ad out, even if I let it play out fully. I’ve had Vungle ads pop up on some other apps but they close out there, this issue has only been happening with Drag n Merge. If I close out DragnMerge and reopen it, I have to hit “Continue” or “New Game” — doing either loads a new Vungle ad and just restarts the issue. Updating DragnMerge didn’t do anything. Please fix this issue, I haven’t been able to use your app for weeks because of this.

This is one of my favorite games on my phone and i play it pretty much every day. I love how it saves your progress if you exit DragnMerge so you don’t have to start over every time. There are just a few things that I think would make the game much more enjoyable and more people would play it.
1. If the highest number you could go to was higher. I like games where I can always be trying to reach a new goal, and the high score isn’t really much of a difference to me. It gets boring just playing the game and only being able to go to 20 each time.
2. Less ads please! There are “ad breaks” in the middle of my game like every 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Sometimes I’ll be casually playing, not struggling at all, and I will just randomly die and an ad will pop up. When this happens, the timer is never at 0 so Im not sure why this happens but it’s very inconvenient.
Other than those things I love this game and look forward to updates in the future that hopefully answers my (and i’m sure many others) requests!

I really enjoy this game but there are WAY TOO MANY ADS!!! Before starting-watch an ad, push pause-watch an ad, get to 15-watch an ad, get to 20-watch an ad, switch to another app then come back-watch an ad, even while playing the game there are ads playing! I listen to audiobooks while I play games so I put the setting volume off, but the stupid ads still have volume! I understand needing to make money but ads playing through my earbuds during the game-most of the time sounding like a broken record, repeating the same phrase over and over again-is ridiculous! I really really like this game but tonight I’m about to delete it! Please, please, please cut down the amount of ads and make it so if your volume setting is off for the game then it’s off for the ads.

I do agree with another reviewer that it’s silly that the blocks get longer and the time gets shorter. Keep the amount of time the same, it gets to be impossible when that happens.

And seriously, stop with all the ads

This game is really fun and addictive but it’s slowly been going downhill. First there are way too many ads. There used to be maybe two ads during your game after you got a 15 or 20, but now there are ads every time you pause the game, you close and open DragnMerge , and just randomly throughout. Then there’s the glitches. It will sometimes pause and won’t let you move anything. And sometimes the numbers will skip over a row when dragging them. And now I’ve noticed that everything is reacting super slowly. It takes forever for numbers to go together and with the time limit it’s really frustrating. And my last big thing is playing music and playing the game. When I first downloaded it, I could play my music and play the game just fine, but it slowly started stopping my music until it would crash my music every time I opened DragnMerge . That needs to be fixed because it’s a mindless addictive game, so music is much needed for when I play. Otherwise good game.

I play this game a lot to pass the time so I’m starting to get pretty good at it but I’m noticing anytime I’m doing really well it freezes on me! One time I had over 19,000 points on my first life and when I tried to use my second life to continue my game it showed an ad and then came back to the game being completely frozen except the timer so I just sat there and watched the timer tick down and waste my life unable to do anything. Then I went to my final life and the same thing happened again! It showed an ad and then went back to the game where the timer would tick down but I couldn’t do anything and my entire game was ruined. I’ve noticed this will happen almost every time I get to 20,000 and it’s so frustrating. I like this game, I play it like every day, but there’s no point in playing this game if I can’t beat my best score due to glitches.
Other issues that happen a lot:

-when I’m dragging a block to merge with another, sometimes it’ll randomly ghost through the block I wanted it to go to and merge with another block of the same number on the other side. It sometimes makes it impossible to know where your merge will happen because blocks just randomly fly through solid blocks.
-bogs down and makes your moves super slow but the timer never slows down.
-the ads at every pause and milestone are obnoxious and part of the reason your game keeps freezing and crashing.

This game has an overall fun idea, but the timer is WAY too fast. You only get about five seconds before a new layer of numbers come. On top of that literally 80% of the blocks are attached to each other so you have to remove an entire pile and then reorganize it in order to get one match. Another thing, when you make a match it should add the two numbers together, not just make it one more than the number you started with. For instance, if you made a match of two four blocks it would turn into eight not five. Like I said, the idea of the game is fun, but with all of these obstacles it’s genuinely impossible to beat even one round. You say this game is for 4-year-olds and older but I’m THIRTEEN and can’t even beat one round. I am a very smart person, I have all As and I have never gotten below a 90 on a test in my entire life. If I’m not able to beat ONE ROUND, then how on EARTH do you expect some 4-year-old to?! I cannot BELIEVE this game has so many good reviews it is absolutely terrible and impossible! I hope it gets deleted, and I’d like to say thanks for the TERRIBLE experience!

Not trying to be dramatic or anything... this game is great and all and it be five stars if it weren’t for the ads and the fact that there’s no way to save your progress. If I have the game paused it will bring up and ad and if I close the game it will get rid of my score. I had a score of 8200+ but the game deleted my progress so now my high is only set to 4600. Also there are way too many ads in the first place and the time speeding up gets very stressful and frustrating. Additionally... (the list goes on...) it gets incredibly frustrating when I can’t move blocks to merge since like 7 of them are all stuck together. It makes it nearly impossible to merge anything when the blocks start piling up high. Overall, I would like that the game doesn’t get progressively more difficult as blocks get higher and higher. You basically have no chance when it comes to a certain point and can’t move anything. Please fix these.

Update: The crash issue seems to be fixed. Unfortunately, the ads are still way too much. The idea that you will
be penalized with yet another long add break when reaching a milestone level is silly and annoying and for the love of all that is holy, please ditch the Tri-Peaks Solitaire add. Every time it pops up the game must be exited entirely and restarted. If there’s another way around it, I haven’t found it. I’m not downloading games that advertise here as a matter of principle until these issues are sorted. I want to like this game..

I love the concept of this game. Reminds me of drop 7 with a twist. It could be very addictive, however, the game crashes about every third round and goes straight to ads when you reopen DragnMerge . Guess the other times it goes straight to ads? When you reach level 15! When you get a phone call! When it’s Monday! If you blink! Did you breathe? Time for an add break! No joke. I’d probably love this game if the developers would fix the crashing and calm way down with the ads.

Well, I would have especially enjoyed this game if it wasn’t so impossible to get to 20. I think the developers are using your motivation to their advantage and amazing it impossible to reach the goal they set. Any time I get past around 5 or 6, blocks start sticking together in large clusters, and the timer constantly speeds up. You literally get less than 8 seconds when you get past 15. They should definitely make the time more even and let people possibly customize the pace or difficulty they want to experience. If these problems were not there it would actually be a very fun and relaxing game. I honestly just end up restarting games over and over so that the blocks don’t stick together and so it can be more fun. Another thing is that ads happen way too often and last extremely long, making me want to delete the game altogether. I’m sure there are plenty of other fun games, and if the developers don’t fix these problems I will most likely be moving on from it.

I really like the concept of the game, but after attempting to play it for a couple weeks I deleted it.

First, I don’t mind ads, but the amount is ridiculous!! You open DragnMerge - ad. You start a game - ad. You get to 10 - ad. You play for another minute - ad. You get to 15 - ad. Typically, at least 6-8 ads by the time I finish my first game and that’s not counting the double ads. Also, most of the time when I open DragnMerge , it shows an ad and then the last game I lost. So, I have to wait to lose again or hit pause and restart. And, you guessed it! Another ad.

Second, it’s glitchy. Blocks travel through lines sometimes and end up where they shouldn’t be able to go. If there are two 12s next to each other (or other number), it’ll some times glitch through the first one and match to the one behind it in the next column. Occasionally, it won’t let me make a move for several seconds but continues the countdown. It’s a great concept! Not so great as an actual app.

I know you probably want us to ENJOY and have fun. But it gets boring in 15 minutes..
I will show my PROBLEMS on a list. Please, I am really pleasing you to fix these! If you do, thank you very much. I will enjoy “Merge n Blocks” more!
1. Too much ads! Especially the ones that are 30 seconds! Sometimes there are TOTALLY long ads! Longest one is 1 minutes!
2. “Merge n Blocks” is the only app that goes weird.... well, when I click “▶️ Start”, my game starts to glitch and stops the screen. Then when I was trying to move a block it froze then I dropped it on 1 then i lose so fast! Fix this glitch please!
3. I know the updates are amazing and perfect for this season, but it always says “We must reset your level. Continue?” And when it is asking that, it’s asking a question but the only choice was “Yes”! I do not want to reset a very hard level, don’t reset me again and fix this please.....

i like this game, I play it a lot when I'm bored which is a whole lot. but it has a tendency to glitch out and not let me move anything or drop the squares as I'm moving it to the place i want it to be. this happens the more i play it. it wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't for the clock running. sometimes it stops with the glitch, but sometimes im stuck there trying to move one square for the whole time and then before i know it i have a whole new row to work on. id say definitely fix the bugs that makes it not run smoothly even though i update it consistently and also give people more time. both of these problems combined make it so that i ultimately just quit a game and start a new one constantly because i know i won't be able to do anything with all the rows that show up. This game is an alright concept, but the way you created it in the counting down time aspect and all the bugs make it so incredibly frustrating.

I found an ad for the game online and glad that it is exactly what I was interested in. DragnMerge works great, smooth and the colors and numbers, its all good. An excessive amount of ads, but I just turn all data and wifi options off. I didnt play the daily challenges or use other options like starting at 19 or 15 because the difficulty of the game is extreme. Its slow at first, and theres always a break at 15- which I am fond of despite the additional ad attempt. From there, the speed excels too quickly and the numbers begin attaching to each other in very difficult manners- it becomes tangled and impossible to move past. If the speed was consistent OR the attached numbers were easily dissolved through, Id keep the game. However the first time I reached 20, J chose to uninstall it. Hope it becomes more user friendly- more addicting and driving players to keep playing for weeks to months (unlike me who uninstalled after a week).
