Luminar share keep asking to chek the internet connection after scanning the QR code. It's been two months that the app isn't working on android. Please advised.
Same as above comments. Same network, scan and just flips back to asking if you want to scan or purchase. Not working at all to transfer photos.

Luminar Share wont connect or send photos to computer from phone app when I scan QR code. Says to check that im on the same wifi network, which I am on the same wifi network.

Luminar Share has worked virtually every time - except today. Have updated app but still get the "Can't connect to Luminar Neo" message and both are on the same network Have done ping test & using latest vers. 1.1.1 (9877) Tried forcing app stop and clearing data. Nothing. Now getting beyond frustrated
Can scan qr but, although both devices are in the same wifi network and SSID it still can't find the Windows host
