Can’t connect

I confirmed that I am on the same network with both my phone and my laptop. However, the share button is grayed out in Neo so I can’t connect. I tried also from ‘share’ under the File menu, but the connect option is grayed out there. So the app is currently completely useless.

After update still not working, and the software is not even close to Lightroom on speed and performance, I was dissatisfied with luminar AI because it was good only for one by one picture but this one is pretty much the same :/

I keep getting this screen. Everything is connected to the same WiFi. The same thing happens on my phone.
