Had to load app yesterday and signal has dropped four times already. It’s only been Ike 24 hours and have a problem. Have to restart phone each time. Any solutions available?

This is the worst update to an app. I’ve ever seen, in this case, not heard. My hearing aids won’t pair to my iPhone 15. I keep trying but to no avail. This wasn’t the case on the former app and unfortunately I can’t go back to the older app. Perhaps the developer needs hearing aids because they are not listening to everyone’s complaints. When I read the responses to peoples comments, I hear excuses. A hearing aid that may or may not pair is not a success. These are expensive hearing aids, why pay a premium when one of the selling points doesn’t work. In the pairing aspect, my friends, Costco hearing aids work better than my Oticon. I can’t adjust the volume, I can’t compensate for the room I’m in. The fact that what is the most basic requirement of today’s streaming devices, Bluetooth, and your apps failure, makes me wonder, why release this update if it is not performing flawlessly. Someday I hope you figure it out and my hearing aids will perform like they used to.

I’ve never given a one star review before, but now is the time! This app, is the most unstable app ever! The wearing time portion of the app, collects data somedays but not others. When it does collect data, many times it’s gone the next day never to return.
Their beta program which I was invited to participate in, went on for months with no changes. I contributed daily, perhaps to often with critical details of how the app failed again. The vendor removed me from the beta program without notice.
In closing, I’ve never before given a one star review but this app is well deserved of this slowly rating. Shame on the company for not fixing their product!

So since last review the app has been marginally improved. I don’t have to reinstall everyday maybe once a week. And to even consider this a improvement shows how bad this app is. My company built a app on a extremely limited budget and if it was half as bad as this one it would have never been released. Pathetic that a company like Oticon would even consider releasing a app this flawed. Shows the C-suites pushed this out, this is not laundry soap it affects people’s lives with a medical device.

It is so buggy it is unusable had to believe considering the prior Oticon app worked well, it feels like they tried to improve it by just “adding new stuff” for the sake of saying it’s new and improved. Can not recommend in its current version.
