So disappointing

I was so excited to use the bins and the app. Unfortunately, after several experiences of arriving at a bin shown as available only to be unable to open it with a fully up-to-date version of the app, I have given up. It doesn’t help that the only response I ever get to my reports of problems is that I must be using the app wrong. And it’s disappointing to see that the bad app makes the garbage problem worse, as people pile stacks of scraps on top of the malfunctioning bin.
Glitchy - reporting “offline” when connected to internet

Used the app successfully several times but when I was trying to drop off today the app was reporting my device as offline even though it was working for other apps and my Bluetooth was on, and none of the bins were appearing on the app. After troubleshooting for 15 mins I ended up having to leave my compost next to the bin.
non-iOS version needs help
