Cannot do “forget password”
Wanted to create account but the app said my email was already associated with an account. Tried multiple times to use the “forget password “ to get an email to reset my password but the app fails to send an email. I waited at least half an hour for an email. So the app on my phone is no better than just going through the web as a guest.

Terrible app, terrible experience.
The app looks nice but it’s functionality obviously hasn’t been tested. Checking out as a guest is unintuitive, and super buggy. The app locked up. I wasted 15 minutes trying to order at the table then had to go order anyway. Shame on you UP. Spend some $ on an experience hire that knows what they’re doing.

Fails at last step
Makes you go through the whole process of picking your order then when you try to add your payment it doesn't take it and won't let you check out. Tried 3 different cards and each time it fails without giving any sort of error.
