I’ve used pinemelon consistently since about 3 months ago. I really appreciated the high quality foods, and quality delivery service. The neighborhood I live in has a lot of crime and theft, so I had to schedule the delivery for when I can receive it directly from the courier. All I had to do was plan the delivery for when I was home. I liked it so much that I paid $60 for a year of MelonClub.
Right after I paid for this they changed their delivery schedule. The new delivery schedule ONLY has 11-5 delivery windows. I am not home 11-5 any day of the week. I can’t afford to live in a neighborhood where you can leave food on your front porch for hours.
The service that I have spent thousand of dollars on is now effectively useless. I used to brag to my friends about how good PineMelon is. Now I will tell people to stay away. I really hope they change their delivery policy back to one that actually works for everyone. Very disappointing.

I’ve ordered from Pinemelon weekly for the past few months. It never fails, there is always something wrong with my order. Missing items and more commonly, completely smashed produce. Pinemelon really needs to figure out their packaging system. I’m tired of 1) paying for food that isn’t included in my order with no response from customer service and 2) receiving damaged, rotten, smashed produce that I paid for with zero response from customer service. The concept is great, love the convenience, but at this rate I cannot rely on Pinemelon and end up having to go to Whole Foods anyways (the store I was trying to avoid but ordering from Pinemelon). I’ve been spending *more* money shopping at Pinemelon because I’m constantly having to replace items on my own dime. They have definitely lost a customer this past week with the 2 missing pieces of fruit, 8 smashed peaches, and zero response from customer service.

Please either print or take a picture of the nutrition label that’s readable when you enlarge it. This is important information for many reasons for people that are trying to stay healthy. Also, please put the weight of the product if this information is not already written on a label that you can read. You picture some foods that are not in a package and you have absolutely no idea if it’s a 2 ounces or 10 ounces or whatever.
