Sonar provides a lot of really helpful information, and some useful insights. I think that they have a lot of room to grow, but it seems like their team is motivated to do so, and I look forward to seeing what comes next. I also want to mention that their customer support team is excellent and responsive.
Good start to an app

Collates health data into and app that's easier to use than Apple Health but doesn't have any killer functions yet. Nothing with regards to recovery, strain, training readiness, etc which many free apps already provide.

Sonar is a game-changer in the world of health and fitness apps. As someone who has over 7 different wellness apps across 3 different devices, it’s tough to track all of my various metrics and data. I’m so glad I finally found an app to combine all of this information into one central hub! It’s super easy to navigate even if you’re not tech-savvy, and it presents your data in visually appealing graphs to help identify trends in your routine.
