Consistently rejects life-threatening reimbursements

My dog suddenly started defecating a substantial amount of blood in his stool, had abdominal distension and showed severe discomfort when pressure was applied to his abdomen. I didn’t schedule a meeting with this app as I was obviously very concerned and ran him to the vet immediately. According to them that’s “not a life-threatening emergency”.

According to the actual vets however, that was indeed the recommended course of action as a severe blockages via unknown foreign bodies can potential cause punctures to intestinal tracts and result in sepsis. All of that considered, they still reject it.

Company is only out to take as much money as possible and deny any claim possible. HIGHLY recommend switching to actual monthly pet insurance to avoid the callous, toxic attitude exhibited by this company.

I contacted them regarding a refund for the automatic renewal from the T-Mobile promotion and this is what they told me.

An email 1 month before the renewal date sent at 1am of course I did not see it. No notification from Pawp and it didn’t appear on my Apple subscriptions where I could cancel. And when I checked (2days after) the charge appeared on my account they wouldn’t do anything about it. Let my loss be your gain and don’t do business with them. I contacted T-Mobile and they’re aware they gave me a credit to my account. If you can make the time and call them let them know your experience with this app so they don’t give our business to them again.

I have had this service for about 2-3 years. I had a claim that was paid and no issues. The dog died. Then just a little over a week ago my golden had a big hole in his chest, bleeding, and limping, shaking in pain. I contacted the vet tech on app yo get permission to go and went. After X-rays and sedation to clean out and stitch the hole, she was ok. I turned in the required paperwork twice. They told me it was incomplete so I got new copies from vet and sent again. The denied it because they say it wasn’t an emergency. I fought w them on this and they stand by it’s not an emergency. This did not make sense as she was obviously needing emergency care and without it could have gotten so much worse and even died. I canceled this plan and letting everyone know to stay away and don’t spend your money on this. Why would they say it’s an emergency then change their mind afterwards. I feel something has changed about this company in the past 6 months or so.

I downloaded Pawp from a T- mobile promo that was giving a year for free in October 2022. I didn’t start actually using Pawp until July 2023. I was charged a renewal in October 2023 without notice. I even sent them a copy of the email saying I had 365 days free from the email when I started using Pawp in July. THey just kept sending automated responses. There’s no actual person to talk to and this hard line in the sand mentality is very scammy. All they had to do was explain that even though I just started using Pawp , the membership was retroactive to when the promotion began. I had to figure that out on my own. Like someone else stated, Pawp doesn’t give much info when it comes to billing. I looked everywhere for a date when I officially signed up. Nor does it state any payment history.

This all makes me very skeptical that they would pay out anything if it comes to an emergency for my dog. They got me for $100, but they won’t get me again.

If reading the reviews on the better business bureau doesn’t do it for you maybe this will. I will try to be as brief as possible, but it may not be.

My boyfriend and I both signed up for this app as part of a promotion. We wanted to try it out since it was free. When we tried to cancel recurring billing, they stated our promotional period would end IMMEDIATELY instead of going through the stated promotional period. (Example: if the promotional period is for 6 months and I cancel recurring billing one month in, I lose access for the remaining 5 months) So we just decided to let it ride and cancel later.

Well, later came and WE BOTH cancelled ON the renewal date because after only using it once during the promotional period we decided Pawp didn’t really provide value. Here is the kicker… I was charged, but my BF was not. And now they keep telling me they won’t provide a refund.

So make that make sense. Two people, with the same renewal date, cancel on the same day, but one is charged and the other isn’t?? And yet they refuse to issue a refund for the person they charged? CROOKS!!

Like the BBB reviews state, this company doesn’t care about pets, they just care about scamming people out of their money and (apparently) finding every reason in the book to NOT pay claims. I’m glad I never had to use their service for anything serious that required any kind of reimbursement.

I can’t do zero stars so it has to be just one. As far as care goes I was totally satisfied. Got a dr immediately who on camera checked Caroline out with myself. Was told I should take her to emergency room. I did and unfortunately Caroline didn’t make it. I then sent in the necessary paperwork. Between her death,moving,and Covid I just forgot about receiving a check. 6 mos later I noticed I was still being charged every month. I went online and they said they would not give me back the 6 mos payment but would cancel it now. Then I asked why I never received reimbursement for hospital bills and was told they sent me out emails. I said I didn’t receive them. They said it’s too late to receive any payment now. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Was told in 4 days someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Finally today I happen to go though my credit card statement and was charged yet again.
I was cheated out of over $600 in medical bills. They know I have it coming but because I didn’t get emails they won’t pay. They new Caroline has died but still charged me. After cancelling with a rep they still charged me for another month.
I do not recommend this company in any way. As I said buyer beware!!!!!

Unreasonable requirements

The first unreasonable request was that my cat get a yearly fecal examine. I’ve never had a vet even mention that for any of my cats. Seemed to me like a good excuse to find some pre-existing condition in order to deny future coverage.

Secondly, I paid extra for the emergency coverage and after my first attempt to use it, I was told the paperwork I submitted was inadequate. I was told I needed to submit the vet’s complete medical work-up, including SOAP notes from the visit. The paperwork I had submitted contained the vet’s assessment, procedures/labs performed, diagnosis, treatment, medications, and follow-up instructions. I also included an itemized invoice.

So unless your vet visit includes better record keeping than I ever had to do in graduate school, you’ll be wasting your money.

Coverage is inadequate

Our senior dog has developed a heart murmur. She had been getting treated by our local vet but over the Thanksgiving weekend our sweet dog started having fainting spells. We couldn’t reach our local vet because of the holiday. I called into this app and their only advice was to wait to see our regular vet. Her fainting spells got worse so we took her to an emergency vet. They prescribed some medication and sent us home. I turned in the receipts for reimbursement from our emergency vet visit but this app insisted we didn’t qualify for reimbursement because we had not taken good care of our dog before she developed these fainting spells. The wording they used was “persistent neglect of the animal.” Do not use this veterinary service. Any use of emergency vet coverage will not be honored AND they’ll insult your caregiving skills as a pet owner.

I signed up for this about a year ago lucky I had it when something did come up I thought. It took months too get all issues resolved for the emergency plan which made have to resubscribe multiple times to get them to send payment for the emergency fund . The nurse I felt with said my dog was fine with my dog collapsing and barely could stand up on the video call. After 1 visit the emergency fund is voided but they keep charging you . You can’t use it again for a year . Customer service is no help they falsely stated they sent out a notice of charging $99 annual fee and they never did.i tried to cancel the day of the charge and they said they don’t give refunds. Be very careful with this company . They drag out claims so you pay them multiple months in fees .

Deliberately Misleading People into Renewals and Not Issuing Refunds

this app intentionally wrote their TOS to make it so people who subscribed using T-Mobile Tuesdays would lose the service immediately if they cancelled. They send out so many emails all the time about nonsense that it was impossible to see their notice of renewal because everything from them was automatically going to spam. When you try to get a refund, you are only met with chatbot after chatbot who will inform you that they are MAGICALLY able to cancel your renewal but you can keep the service through the rest of the year, which was NOT possible last year. So this company knew that the T-Mobile Tuesday renewals were coming and been completely unreasonable about refunds.

Waste of time and money

If you’re looking for any prescriptions, even something as simple as flea control, don’t bother. Their vets are unable to prescribe any medications, and you will only find this information in the help section of their website. I downloaded and joined to get flea treatment for my animals. I’ve already tried all the over the counter products and thought tele health visits would be much easier than taking my seven pets to the vet individually. The sign up process doesn’t specify they’re unable to prescribe, the vet I spoke with didn’t specify, and now they refuse to refund my membership fees. The vet was short and not friendly as well as the customer service member I spoke with. Don’t waste your time and money.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had got a trial period for my pups and after one use of the service decided it wasn’t worth the value for a year subscription. I canceled around 8 months prior to the sub ending and uninstalled Pawp . Come today they charged me $99 and my account was reactivated. When I messaged customer service, they asked me to provide proof—mind you they don’t send cancellation emails out so there is no proof. Looking around online I found that I wasn’t the only one who they have done this too. After telling the rep to refund my money and I know I wasn’t the only one this was happening to, they instantly refunded my money.

I have zero trust they won’t try this again and have no had to cancel my card. 0/10. Would not recommend this service to anyone. There’s far more places out there that are worth their price, unlike this place.

While your waiting to connect to professional so they can tell you that yes, it is in fact an emergency, just sit and hope your pet is going to be okay. If you don’t follow these steps then you’re likely to pay for this service for months and when you finally need it realize that you aren’t guaranteed reimbursement. 0/5

Just like every other pet insurance company There’s legit no point of getting this app if they aren’t willing to let you access your emergency funds right when you sign up just to have a representative tell you that you have to wait 14 days just for your funds to be available to get your pet checked out and even so if you’re in a financial debt waiting out those 14 days will terminate your whole policy so therefore all said and done none of these insurance companies cares about your pets they only care about your money at the end of the day what a joke.

Unfortunately they can’t prescribe medication so you will need a regular vet for medications they suggest. They don’t provide any information on vaccines your pet should have which is a real concern. If you have a medical issue they will more than likely just tell you to go to the vet or the emergency room anyway. Basically something a Google search can do if you are having a concern. Pawp is very good but only gives basic information every pet owner already knows regarding basic care and maintenance. The insurance is only catastrophic. Meaning it must be life threatening. If your dog is in poor health it may be useful. Also it’s a bit vague on wether physical injuries or a non life threatening surgery would be covered. And it’s only good once a year. You must have a video visit before you go in order to get approval before you go which could be life threatening in itself to wait for this in an emergency situation. this app could give some users piece of mind to have someone to talk to but in the end you’re probably going to end up at the vet anyway.

I’ve had Pawp a few months & not finding it worth it. When you sign up they dont have a reminder of your payment date & no documents exclusively tell you the exact start date to know when the monthly payment is owed. When I signed up I figured they would have a reminder or something on the dash board showing me when the payment date is & they dont. All it shows you is the month you started so as a result I didnt realize my pay days are the opposite of when the bill is due so I noticed the first payment came out on Thurs when my check hit Fri, instead of there being a grace period or a buffer period they literally put you back in to the 14 day waiting period AGAIN. Any & all bills usually at least give you a cushion to make the payment before stopping the service, but with this app if payment isn't received their first attempt to withdraw they cancel the waiting period I already went through & make me wait another 14 days to use their services. The whole point of the this is for EMERGENCIES, so to tell me I have to wait again when anything can happen in those 14days is absurd.

Will have to just speed up the savings money I put away for my dog cause this service isn't really making me feel confident that my dog will be taken care of.

I admit it is nice to have vets and vet techs to talk to when you’re concerned about your pet’s health. My issue is with the emergency fund. They claim their policy will not cover more than one emergency, but when my cat was run over my a car and needed his leg amputated, we had to take him to two clinics. The first was close to our house and gave him antibiotics and pain killers for his exposed bone but they closed for the night and could not provide the life saving surgery. So we took him to an overnight clinic for monitoring until the previous clinic opened back up for surgery. this app would only cover the first visit to the first clinic, stating it’s policy only covers one clinic. I told them it does not state that in their policy. They claimed the emergency fund only covered one emergency. I stated it was one emergency, but we were bound my distance and operating hours. They remained unhelpful and unconcerned. Instead of covering the $3k advertised, they covered a few hundred dollars. I felt scammed, as this “one clinic visit” business is no where in their policy. I feel cheated by a company who claims to provide support for pets and their owners. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company for their insurance features, but they’re great if you need a vet or vet tech for small concerns.

Chewy has same service, no signup or fee

Not a fan of the predatory wording trying to get you to sign up for their emergency reimbursement program. Chewy also offers the same service they are for free and no signup needed. If they can’t prescribe medication I really don’t see the point when I can just use chewy’s free service. As long as you have auto ship setup it’s free. Pawp seems like a waste of money and time. Might be good for senior pet owners if they carefully read the emergency fund terms since senior pet insurance is expensive but otherwise not interested.

I used to really like this app and I still find it valuable but my rating has gone down as they continue to harass me every two months or so to inform them whether I’m brushing my cats teeth, and cleaning out their ears, and an I playing with them regularly? Are they thin or fat? How is their coat health? Like I’m not here for a life coach informing how to be a pet owner. I do in fact have a local vet that I see regularly for yearly checkups and vaccines. I signed up for Pawp to ease my anxiety if something pops up at a weird time of day or my cats eats something weird and I can’t figure out if it was poisonous to them or not. And for the emergency fund (which used to be included in the yearly fee and is now $20 a month extra). Not to mention I don’t keep my cats on heart worm medications because where I live in the PNW heart worms are a rare problem, and actual local veterinarians don’t even advise it but the this app vet keeps telling me I need to get them on it. I feel irritated by all of upkeep this has involved on my end and being notified that I’m getting poor scores for pet health because I don’t brush their teeth and delay updating their app info. That’s not what I want out of Pawp and I doubt I’m the only one that finds that aspect annoying.

I did not purchase a this app plan because I pulled up their faqs page which is very straight forward and decided it wouldn’t be very useful. This being said all of the reviews stating Pawp and insurance is misleading are just people who didn’t take time to read and comprehend the contract. Nice and smooth app and thank you for transparency of having the contract and exclusions available to read prior to purchase. Read contracts people and stop giving 1 stars for your mistake.

Great vets for asking questions and support 24/7

My dog got sick and my vet had some recommendations that are considered gold standard which sometimes is to protect against litigious pet owners. I spoke to 3 people over the week and they gave me such empathetic and pragmatic support which helped me in making a decision about one of my three dogs. I just finished a video call with this app vet and I’m grateful for their help and advice. They even explained how emergency works for hospitalization and reimbursement as I never used all before even though I’ve had for over a year. It’s like the insurance you don’t know you need or think it’s worth spending on until you need it then realize you should never be without it! Thank you for making this telemedicine service for pet owners!!!

Anyone who is seeking 24/7 availability to speak with a veterinarian or get pet insurance needs to download Pawp! It is simple and easy to navigate, and the service was nothing short of outstanding. The veterinarian contacted me almost immediately (even though it was during the middle of the night), and showed genuine care and concern for my dog. She was patient, and made sure she had addressed every single question and concern that I had. Additionally, she was very knowledgeable and asked numerous other questions to be sure that she had all basis covered to give the best and most accurate advice and recommendations. I was even able to upload a video of my dog and the issues she was having so that the veterinarian could see for herself what was going on. I’d give Pawp 10 stars if I was able to!

Peace of mind

I was in the middle of my first significant pet parent failure- Piglet and Bedbug had been playing a little rough and Piglet’s ear was red and sore. After I noticed that she wouldn’t stop scratching it, I thought it best to put a cone on her. After two days I discovered that it had run places around her neck raw after sliding towards her shoulders eating up any breathing that existed when higher up. I was mortified and kept thinking what a terrible dad. I opened Pawp to get care to ensure that this was an emergent situation. Courtney an LVT was patient, kind and thorough. Based on my report and pictures she determined that the wounds were superficial. Equally important, she took care of me too-letting me know that I wasn’t a terrible pet parent that I used the amazing Get Care resource that Paws offers. Courtney provided not only valuable information and directions, she offered a piece of mind.

Can’t praise it enough - literally saved my dogs life

We had an emergency. Our dog had been sick a couple of times in one day. We put him on a bland diet and waited. The next day he stopped eating and drinking and we knew something wasn’t right. I chatted with a team member on this app and they agreed, time to go to the emergency vet. Off we went and a couple of X-rays later we say two foreign objects that our little pug had ingested. One scope procedure and intestinal surgery later, our little guy was on the road to recovery. I submitted my claim and a few days later was approved for reimbursement. Having the peace of mind knowing that this plan was there made any decisions about his health fast and easy. Can’t thank the this app team enough for being there when we needed it.

Worth every penny!

Pawp has saved me hundreds of dollars! I use it all the time for questions I have that I don’t want to go to the vet and spend $100 per visit or when I have a serious issue with my dog that I need immediate help and not sure what to do! It’s like having a vet live with you 24/7! You get to send them pictures of the issue, and have a licensed vet explain what is happening and what to do next! Their vet is able to tell you what over the counter medication to get or do to help your fur baby & provides exact instructions and recommendations! I feel like I’ve been given even better advice and personalized care than most vets I’ve been to. You get to track your past visits and history within Pawp . You can have multiple dogs/cats for the same price which is amazing! I’m on my second year, I renewed my subscription when I saw how much I used it the first year & did not want to be without this!! The vets have all been so friendly & helpful! I promise, this is the easiest and fastest way to get help for your fur babies!! Don’t be caught off guard in a bad situation and wish you had access to help! This is 24/7 emergency help at your fingertips!! Worth every penny!!!

Pawp is worth the annual fee in just one care visit—and I felt that way even before having my first one-on-one chat with the doctor. If you’ve ever been up all night with a sick pup who can’t tell you what’s wrong—especially if you don’t have a lot of extra income—you probably know how it feels to be in the anxiety spiral of “is this an emergency or not??” You don’t want to pay the cost of ER if it’s just your own dramatics (my dog can look at me wrong and I’ll get worried he’s sick), you are not interested in an appointment for 2 weeks later at a regular vet (“what if they’re dead by then?!?!! Isn’t there anything tomorrow!!?”) , and the internet doesn’t ease any anxiety. this app just eliminated all of those stresses for me. Just the click through question and answer process made me feel better and empowered me with information. I talked to Dr. Ana afterwards just for more clarification and she gave me detailed instructions on how to help and monitor my pup. And the emergency fund buy-in also is incredible peace of mind for us worry warts. I’d rate this higher if I could. Thank you this app!!!!!!!!!

Easy to use and quick response

I have used their online vet chats a few times already and have been subscribed for a few months. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the chats I have had with the vets. They seem to know what they’re talking about and have some helpful advice. They were patient and understanding during the chats.

Although, I have NOT used the emergency fund part of this subscription. I hope this part is just as easy to use if I ever had to use it. I really hope I don’t have to, but I have peace of mind knowing I can talk to a real vet before going to a real expensive vet in person.

My senior beagle recently had a flare up with his back issues and the online vet was very helpful. She told me to schedule a vet visit in the next couple of days. So I scheduled the next day and I thought my beagle seemed to be feeling better but I was wrong. He started to feel terrible again on the way to the vet. Anyway, he’s almost back to normal now with strict rest and meds.

10/10 but you have to be 100% sure you’ve read all the fine details and follow them regarding claims for the emergency support fund. Luckily I got $2000+ covered for an emergency visit for my dog. Also the vet help is great and convenient.
However, my mom tried to get the emergency fund months ago but since my little sister (8 years old) said she saw the dog eat cherry pits, they would not give my mom the refund since she didn’t seek help immediately. Granted, my little sister didn’t tell my mom anything until the dog became ill. So my mom did seek help as soon as she realized an issue, but since my 8 year old little sister knew of the incident prior, they refused to cover the expenses. Ridiculous if you ask me. The child isn’t the one paying for this app of the vet visit.
So just be sure you know all the ins and outs of the emergency fund prior to having to use it just to make sure you do everything correctly. this app leaves little room for flexibility if you want them to pay for the ER visit.

As an insurance person I reviewed in detail before joining to know what I was buying—though not pet insurance a service that I found worth the money. Tried the telehealth for my 7 yr old Labrador Chumley whom I suspected had an intestinal issue. Within a minute was online in a telechat with a professional who took me step by step get through the issue recommending I get to the clinic. Back at home with Chumley 8 hours later. The $1,035 bill was confirmed to reimbursed. Realize every situation may not have the outcome we pet owners expect at times but found this app’s staff to be dedicated professionals.

I see some reviews that are written so perfectly; it makes me think they are fake. The this app service is really good. I have been able to talk to someone in response to fears I have with my dog’s at least 8 times now and the emergency fund was granted before one of my dog’s died and I think it gave him a much better quality life than had I not contacted one of PAWPs Vets with a video conference. I only wish my IPhone 13 worked as well as the this app service does. Unlike the IPhone 13; this app service is not unpredictable or always doing something different and I probably use the service as much as the phone.

I can’t find the words

I received the offer to try out this app from T-Mobile. The first time I missed the sign up period. The next time it came up, this past October/november, I signed up with the free plan along with the additional coverage for my 11 year old black lab. Pawp was excellent for asking questions and even in an emergency I was able to face time with a vet within minutes. I was advised to go to the local emergency veterinary hospital. Unfortunately, Major didn’t make it and on top of that we had a bill of over $2,300. Thank goodness for this app I knew we would be getting reimbursed. I never thought I would need to use the emergency fund so soon after signing up but glad I did.

This service has easily paid for itself over the last 6 months.

I’ve used it multiple times for important questions about my dog’s health, and have been impressed by the speed and quality of the service. The vets are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough. And I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be connected.

Once, I was able to avoid several costly and unnecessary tests my normal vet wanted to do by consulting first with a this app vet to confirm what was needed and what wasn’t.

Another time, this app helped me avoid a serious health issue by correctly identifying a problem with my dog’s anal glands that needed to be expressed right away. If I didn’t have this app, I would have most likely waited to go to the vet and risked a painful, dangerous (and costly) rupture.

Thankfully, I haven’t had to use the emergency fund, but it gives me great comfort knowing it’s available if I ever did have a true emergency. And it’s WAY more affordable than typical pet insurance.

Highly recommended for any pet parent.

Anyone who has pets, I cannot recommend the this app app highly enough. You can chat with a vet live 24/7 and they will look at photos and videos to help determine if your pet needs urgent attention or not. I have used that service 3 times with my dog Luna and it gives me such peace of mind. Each time they’ve asked for photos or videos, told me things to check, and what to keep an eye out for overnight. They even gave me an Rx once! Really, it’s a great app and very inexpensive. They have other benefits too but the 24/7 vet chat is the best!

Admittedly, I got a free year of subscription through a promotion, but I will definitely continue to pay for it once the year is over.
My dog has had a couple of issues that were not necessarily worth scheduling an appointment, taking off work, and going to the vet for, so instead I got answers within a couple of minutes. I have already learned things that I would have never known had it not been for the convenience of Pawp!

Our rambunctious puppy gets into everything!!! Until this app, I couldn’t ever tell if I needed to take him to the vet after eating something or if he had a certain symptom. I’m naturally an anxious person, so my instinct was always “We need to go now!”. At least 10 times in the last 9 months, I chatted this app in a full on panic, and they helped me understand what was really going on and how to monitor for a real emergency. It has truly saved me THOUSANDS in vet bills. And our pup is healthy and happy!

Saved my dogs life! We signed up for this app and used it a few times for after hours issues and found it incredibly helpful. Then we had an emergency and boy was Pawp a lifesaver. We got on video chat when our senior dog started showing signs of labored breathing. The this app vet immediately recognized Lady needed to go to ER where she was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. She got excellent care and the this app Emergency Fund covered the cost! Cannot recommend Pawp/service enough.

I have a Turkish Van who is looking like a Rastafarian! Vet confirmed they should be removed and approved of the method I am using by also agreed that a full grooming with a Lion cut by the groomer would be the best long term solution. She also checked my area for groomers and found a mobile groomer I’m hoping to use. DrAna asked good questions, also made a recommendation for my senior cats diet. I will definitely contact again if needed and recommend them to my cat friends.

Absolute Game Changer!

This is an absolute game changer! My 11-year-old lab/pit mix, Kai experiences extreme anxiety when visiting the vet. When a strange lump appeared on his skin, I did a quick google image search, at which point I (with no veterinary credentials) diagnosed him with a tumor.

Rather than inflicting Kai with the day of anxiety at the vets office, I simply logged in Pawp , and within 30 seconds I was able to chat with an absolutely BRILLIANT, LOVELY and EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL L.V.T. named Kim. With a brief chat and a few pics Kim was able to determine that the ‘tumor’ I had diagnosed my dog with was in fact a pink Starburst taffy stuck in Kai’s coat!😂🙏🏻☠️ Needless to say this was a huge relief, and gave Kim and I a good laugh!

I must emphasize that the variable which made this vet experience unmatched in excellence was Kim, the exquisite L.V.T. Kim’s unparalleled attentiveness, kindness, patience, and helpfulness made this new kind of ver visit the most outstanding I’ve ever had! It was so simple and quick from start to finish,

I was a little skeptical of Pawp when I got it… but the day after I downloaded it and signed up for the service, I used the 24/7 chat service (on a Saturday) to ask a few questions about my cat’s sudden lethargic behavior. The vet, Dr. Chris, was almost immediately available. He instructed me to perform a few basic tests (check her gums, skin elasticity), and asked a few questions. After this, he was able to inform me that it was very likely just some expected lethargy following recent vaccines. This gave me SO much peace of mind, since my cat means the world to me. I hope that I don’t need to use Pawp a ton, but just because of this great first interaction I’m a customer for life!

I asked a question about my 14 year old dog coughing and gagging intermittently after she had major dental today, advising this is normally an issue with her anyway. Maria reassured me that her coughing and gagging may be aggravated by the procedure today with the tube down her throat and the anesthesia. That helped a lot because my own vet gave me no indication that may happen. I really really love your service!!!

When we became new pet parents to our two kittens, we were anxious about anything they did or didn’t do! 😅

We looked at pet insurance but at $50/cat/year, it made no sense. this app gives us even greater peace of mind at a very affordable rate. They’re young and healthy, they don’t need insurance against chronic illness. But our cats also get into things and can obviously suffer from emergencies like any other young pet.

Honestly, we would pay the subscription *just* for the telemedicine. We’ve saved way more time and money than we paid previously in vet consultations.

Anybody who loves their pets would find something of value in this app, I think.
