App stuck on initial screen. At some point it gave a message about app using third party services, but that is not showing anymore.

Also: "Walken app is stuck on initial green screen. Not advancing into app itself. Internet connection is verified on i-phone but app not working. Have turned phone on and off. Have tried 10 second airplane mode. Nothing is working. I turned off the app during a challenge match so I wonder if I corrupted the software somehow. what can i do to restore the app? Will I lose my Cathletes if I delete and reinstall the app?"
